Hello our smart steemkids and kids lovers it is my pleasure to bring to you a new activity in our beloved community. You know we value our kids so much and we want all of them to stay healthy so I introduce a new activity in the community that will help you kids to stay healthy, guess what that is STEEMKIDS PHYSICAL ACTIVITY every kids will benefit from this new project.
INTRODUCTION
This EXCERCISE is for kids from 8 years of age to help them keep fit up while growing up. So many people feels that when you do EXCERCISE you burn fat and so they normally refused to do EXCERCISE because they do not want to burn fat. But read below the benefits of EXCERCISE kids.
Benefits of exercise
It makes the heart muscles strong and make it more efficient thus, helping to clear all heart diseases.
It reduces the risk of harmful cholesterol and fat in the blood, keeping the arteries and veins clear.
It also increases the flexibility of the blood vessels wall.
Exercise controls weight, strengthens bones and muscles.
It regulates blood flows in the body which helps in reducing the risk of chronic disease in the body.
It makes you feel active and energetic all day improves learning ability and boast the brain.
HOW IT WILL RUN
Every Friday I will be posting a particular EXCERCISE, mention what it does to the body and show you how to do it, then every verified kids from all region will take part in the EXCERCISE on Saturday and drop a picture of you while taking part in the EXCERCISE in the comment section of my post.
We are beginning with a regular exercise which you all are familiar with JUMPING JACK
BENEFITS OF JUMPING JACK EXCERCISE
Jumping is a skill that is build on bouncing and it's easier for every one to do. It's generally build muscles it strengthens your muscles and increases metabolic rate helping your body to process nutrients as fast as possible and efficient, it helps burn calories it also strengthens your bone. Regulate blood flow in the body and helps in weight control.
STEPS ON HOW TO DO IT
Play a motivational music in the background and get started
Step 1; Stand upright with your legs a little apart and your arms at your sides.
Ready to go
Step 2; Slightly bend your knees and jump into the air, spread your legs to be about shoulder-width apart.
As you jump, stretch your arms out and over your head and clap as below
Repeat the steps consistently for 20 times at your own speed then take a rest for 10 seconds and try again for another 20 times you can do this depending on your strength, that is the more reason you have to do it under the supervision of your parent.
EXCERCISE 2
Another EXCERCISE we are doing together tomorrow Saturday is waist twist, so after your jumping jack 20 times do the following
Step 1; Stand upright with your legs a little apart and your arms folded this way👇
Step 2; From your waist turn to your right
Step 3; Turn to your left too
Repeat this for 10 times and take a rest, take a glass of water.
CAUTION
Please 🙏 do this physical activity under the supervision of your parent or guardian. Also do this depending on your strength so you won't get surphisticated.
