Greetings my friends and kids of this of this amazing community, how are you all doing, i trust you are all doing fine and enjoying your day.

I'm so happy to take part in this week Food Challenge Contest in the @steemkidss and parent contest.
In my post i will be sharing with you all the steps i used in cooking Fluted Pumpkin with Okro with the used of fire wood.

This is a very interesting contest, and i have Benefited a lot, because of this contest i have learned how to cook so many food and also getting perfect at it.

A LITTLE ABOUT FLUTED PUMPKIN

Fluted pumpkin leaves is a vegetable leeaf which is really popular and commonly used in my state Akwa ibom in Nigeria.
It can be used as medicine and also can be used for cooking soups like Edikang ikong and it can also be used in garnishing Jollof Rice.

Fluted pumpkin leaves is reach in enough dietary fiber, protein, vitamins, magnesium, iron etc and are very high in antioxidants.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF FLUTED PUMPKIN

1. It increase the production of breast milk in women
2. It helps in controlling of Diabetes
3. It hells reduce stress in the body
4. It helps in preventing cardiovascular diseases
5. It helps in weight loss
6. It maintain the body tissues and helps boost blood production in the body.

INGREDIENTS USED IN COOKING FLUTED PUMPKIN LEAVES WITH OKRO

STEPS IN COOKING FLUTED PUMPKIN LEAVES WITH OKRO

Step one

• i boil a small water in the pot, yhen i wash my fish, stockfish, salt, seasoning cubes and salt then i allow it to boil for some minutes.

Step Two

• After some minutes i poured in my okro and stir it very well

Step Three

• Then after some minutes i put in my fluted pumpkin leaves and stur it

Step Four

• After that i allowed it to cook for some minutes, then i removed iy frim fire, and it's ready to be eaten
