Good day to everyone, i hope you are having a nice day.
Seriously i am very excited to participate in this amazing contest given by @steemkidss, where everyone has the chance /opportunity to show their cooking skills.

Today i will be sharing with you a nice and delicious meal cooked with fire-wood since my gas has finished, and the steps you need to know so as to know how to prepare Beans porridge.

INGREDIENTS AND ITEMS FOR BEANS PORRIDGE

STEPS ON HOW TO COOK BEANS PORRIDGE

  • The first thing you need to do is to select the beans, you can pour it into a tray so that it will be easy for you to select it, and sieve out the unwanted particles in it such as beans leaves and stone.

  • Grind the pepper if it needs grinding and also the crayfish.
    In my own case i bought a grinded peppper, which there is no need to grind again.

  • Cut the onions

  • Then when you finish selecting it, you wash it and put it into the pot and put a clean water

  • Then you par-boild the beans for about 3-4 minutes.

  • Then you filter the beans from the water, and put in a new clean water in it and rinse it properly

  • Put the beans back into the pot and pour in another clean water to the level of the beans and start cooking.
    You can add more water when it's needed.

  • After 3 minutes you add your choppped onions, with a little seasoning cubes(maggi) and your salt

  • After 5 minutes you pour in your palm-oil, and then you put your crayfish and pepper and allow it to cook for about 15-20 minutes.

After that your Beans porridge is ready and set for eating, and now it my time to enjoy it.

Thanks for sharing, the wood-fired food gives it a special taste. Changing the water helps a lot so that when we eat it we don't get gas.
