Weekly Contest 45 || The Diary Game || A Day I enjoyed to the full
I wake up normally this morning and after finishing my normal routine I went to the park for biking. The weather is getting a bit hot and the color of trees and grass greener.
Morning
Cycling in the park in the morning not only refreshes the mind but is also a very beneficial habit for both the body and longevity.
I find that cycling in the fresh air releases endorphins, which at least reduce my stress and keep my mind calm and happy.

Even if I cycle for 20-30 minutes a day, I don't feel a significant difference in my blood circulation, heart, and lungs.
People say it helps with weight loss, burns calories, and strengthens muscles, especially in my legs, thighs, and shoulders. But I find it keeps my body flexible and active, so I don't experience any major problems even as I age.
I personally believe that cycling improves my mood and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression. For me, it's a natural "mood lifter," improving my mental health and rejuvenating me for the day.
It's especially beneficial for those my age because regular cycling reduces the risk of dementia and keeps my brain active, which improves memory and slows the effects of aging.
So for me, the joy of cycling in the morning is not just refreshing, but a long-term health investment that is positively impacting my body, mind, and lifespan.
I checked a few posts at Steem Atlas after my breakfast
Then I visited the local dry cleaners as I am preparing to leave for India in a week's time so I am busy on different fronts.
I was in a mixed mood today as I was planning to watch 50 Over match between Australia and India at Sydney but since India lost two games and the series already, I decided to skip visit to Sydney and save some money.
Afternoon
So when one of my friends called and said, 'let's go watch Music on the Greens' but he laughed and said it was free. But I checked and saw they were charging for other facilities so I booked.
I am not much into the music but after all my old coworker from Kolkata has done a lot for me for a long time so he deserved it.
"Music on the Greens" event was scheduled to take place at the Kambri Lawn today, October 25, 2025, I wanted to go on Sunday but could not say no to him. There were other smaller events happening, so I spent a few great hours and didn't regret my decision to come.
This was an event at Cultural Centre Tangney Road, in Canberra at Lawson Crescent on Acton Peninsula. It includes a program of music, dance, and food and of course behind-the-scenes conversation with the exhibition curators.
Music on the Green started at 12:00 pm, as it typically runs from noon to early afternoon.
Check the location: Kambri Precinct at ANU
Then we moved to nearby restaurant and had some snacks and I was glad they had my favorite mango smoothy which was prepared perfectly to my taste.
It's almost night at my location
I started watching the cricket game on TV when I came back.
And it's going to be the same for next few hours. I will keep watching the match. At the time of writing this post it's 7.25 in the evening and the score is India 83/1
Right now India is batting and I am enjoying the game fully.
I wish Indian stars Rohit and Kohli keep batting the way they are doing and helps win the match.
Meanwhile I have taken some light snacks and will go for a cup of coffee later before going to bed.
I invite my friends @senehasa, @paholags and @mvchacin to take part in this contest by @m-fdo

¡Holaaa amigo!🤗
Thanks, I bike at least 2 days a week esp on weekends. I feel it's kind of full exercise especially at the stage of age I am in. Thanks for being here.
