Food Challenge contest week-#54| How to prepare local fried rice

Holla great steemians in this community, I am so delighted to participate here today writing content on how to cook a local fried rice. Much thanks to the community.

Food is an essential substance that keeps the body strong, health and active. The local fried rice is African delicacy which is being prepared by using firewood. There are certain major ingredients that makes up the local fried rice which are raw rice grain, oil, seasoning and certain pot members.

Above is a picture of a cooking oil which adds more taste to the food also making it moist.

Onga seasoning adds more taste to the food, giving It original delicious taste. In there we have sliced onions mixed with tumeric ginger

Onga seasoning cube and salt is a major food ingredients that keeps the food nourishing all day long.

Fish is one of the best pot members that makes good tasty and sumptuous.

After washing all your cooking utensils, you set up the fire with firewood making it ready for cooking.

⭐ Firstly, you place an empty cooking pot on the fire to dry..then adding oil until it gets hot.

⭐After frying the oil for some minutes you apply onions, tumeric and little salt to keep it flavoured for the rice.

⭐After stirring the applied ingredients you pour in some water, keeping it ready.

⭐You put in fish, pepper, salt and other seasoning to keep it tasty.

⭐Add your parboiled rice to the pot, cooking it till it gets soft, moist and ready to be served, which will take about 25minutes.
