Below, I will be presenting to you the materials I used in drawing this bird and it's step by step procedures to draw a quail bird.

• A4 Paper.
• Pencil.
• Eraser.
• Razor or Sharpener.
• Makers.
• Crayon.

Drawing Steps:

---

I started with creating design on my paper.

---

Then I began with drawing the head and peak of my quail bird.

---

I proceeded with drawing the full body and legs (claw) with the eyes.

---

The feather wasn't excluded, so I began drawing it with it's design.

---

I added the designs required and added my color on it.

Describe Your Choice Of Bird

Quails are described as a very small birds that is a part of the pheasant and partridge species. The birds have a unique body shape with a small stocky body and long pointed wings. There are therefore around 20 various species of quail that are found around the world, and then 70 domestic quails are being kept as poultry birds.

Quails can lay about 10 to 20 eggs at once. They usually live alone, but form flocks in the fall, they also fly but for a short distance thereabout 30-40 mph. It is known that animals like dogs. Owls, fox, snakes, cat etc hunt quail alot. Quail mostly spend their lives in a relatively small area, with conveying single groups of 8 to 25 birds common. Quail generally forage twice daily, early in the morning and mid-to-late afternoon.

Where Do They Lives?

Quail birds live in woodlands, open spaces croplands, grassy field and meadow habitat that are covered with bushes such as grasslands. They were originally from North America but also can be found across Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa, and South America. Meanwhile the Wild Japanese quail bird species live in Russia, East Asia, and other parts of Africa.

What Does It Eat, Tell Us About The Lifestyle Of This Bird

Quail birds are considered as omnivores which means they will get to eat plant-based food, such as seeds and leafy, green vegetation and as well animal-based food like an insect. Although seeds are the major part of a quail's diet, but literally it is not all seeds that tend to be equal in a quail's eyes.

Quail are known as gregarious birds. In the fall and winter period they often live in coveys of 20 or more individuals, but then get to pair off during the nesting period. They therefore spend lots of time on the ground in the brushy areas, always running across hot or open areas just to cover. When predators they fly short distance to avoid them or when they are startled.

Are They Important To Man, What Significant Role Do They Play In Humans Life? Tell Us The Importance Of This Bird And What We Can Learn From Them.

Quail meat helps to boost the immune system. It is mostly good for your heart and can solve respiratory & digestive system problems. It helps give energy to people too.

This bird have got lots of health benefits, the quail eggs compared to the chicken eggs, provides huge amounts of protein, iron,healthy fats and vitamin B12. They also get to boast properties that helps to treat allergies, reverses cellular damage and helps improve the nervous system.

Another skill that we can learn from raising quails is how to interact. Firstly, You might take it as your pet, and can apply it in socializing with other people around.

2.) Raising Quails Will Teach Us To Be Gentle:
Whether you’re just incubating fertile eggs, or growing a baby quail, or raising full-grown quails, this is a beautiful and wonderful opportunity for your child and everyone to learn the value of gentleness.

3.) These Quail Birds Can Help Alleviate Anxiety and Stress:
Raising quails won’t just only teach them how to socialize but also will help them emotionally. Quail bird just like Coturnix quail breed variants are always friendly and makes a safe pet for your kids and everyone too.

If They are Dangerous To Man Tell Us Their Dangerous Part

Quail birds are not poisonous outside the migration season and neither are the vast poisonous while migrating. European common quail gets to migrate along three different flyways, with each different poisoning charisma, at least in 20th-century records.

Do You Encourage Us To Have It At Home, What Do You Think?

Yes it is encouraging to have it at home. When we were big into poultry, we had quail farming and indeed it was a great moment n. They get to lay Upto 200-400 eggs everyday and they consume a lot of food and water too. It's a nice business to venture into.
