Importance Of Health
Health is very important that we keep it all the time. It is a state of in such the body works normally without any problems. When we are healthy, we are happy. When our kids are healthy, they are also happy. We are happy when they are happy, not bothering of what to do, the drugs to buy, the hospital for diagnosis and the care to give to our kids as care givers (parents).
When we are healthy, we can;-
- Associate with others
- Go to our different businesses
- Play with friends and families
- Eat delicious and nutritious meals because we don't lose appetite
- We feel joy and peace of mind when we are healthy.
The question comes, what can we do to stay healthy?
What To Do To Stay Fit
For us to stay healthy, we need to keep fit. To keep fit we need to do regular exercise, eating balanced diet, maintain good posture and good hygiene. Mostly, the exercise.
Exercise is defined as any movement that makes your muscles work and requires your body to burn calories. There are many types of physical activity, including swimming, running, jogging, walking, and dancing, to name a few. source
Examples: jumping jacks, twisting, push ups, hill climber, etc.

Why Do You Need To Exercise
Not everyone has a desire for exercise nor likes doing it. Exercise keeps your body fit, it helps you burn calories, it strengthens your muscles, it makes you more flexible and most importantly, it adds up to your total health so, why should you not build your health and stay fit?

It sounds crazy but it does. Exercises are both physical and mental related. How? The things you do physically engolfs the physical exercise while the ones you do psychologically engolfs the mental aspect of exercise. A good example is Yoga.

Conclusion
Staying Fit by doing exercises such as sports and eating fruits in our diet adds to our being healthy. Remember, when you are healthy you don't feel any discomfort staying with others and it generally makes your immune system to fight against diseases.
