Parenthood is a position of being a parent, but this is not just what parenthood is. Parenthood is having full responsibility of another being, not just about giving birth. Parenthood infact is a journey of helping a child into adulthood. It requires so much attention to the child, so much time and energy to ensure the proper physical, spiritual, mental, psychological growth of the child. Parenthood is a full-time job.

I grew up in a family of 7 and it is amazing how lovely family can be. I will love to have children also

What joys are experienced by parents for becoming parents.

The feeling of knowing you are a parent of a child is amazing and beautiful. I know parenting sometimes can be frustrating and tiring, but there are beauties and Joys there.

One of the joys experienced in parenthood is lots of laughter and fun. A home with a child or children is always fun because children gives good vibes, this is because children are fun to be with. There is never a dull moment with children

Another joy of Parenthood is that children make you feel special and loved. The way there stare at you with smiles beaming on their faces, the way they touch your face and hair is just lovely. One can easily fall in love with a child.

What does the joy prompt them to do for their kids and to what extent are they ready to carry out their responsibilities towards their kids

Parenthood comes with responsibility. To whom much is given, much is expected
•A parent is a sacrificer. A parent can sacrifice anything to make sure the family is comfortable.

While growing up, my parents will choose to give us good food and clothes thanbbuying new clothes for themselves. My parents sent us to very good schools even at the detriment of living a luxury life and going for vacations.

We can see this sacrifice when our parents will spend quality time helping us with our homeworks and self development instead of attending to their personal matters

•A parent is also a protector. A parent can go any mile to ensure her children are safe and secured.

Does this Joy Increase as the child grows? What can contribute to the joy parents experience

Well, if the parents teach the child good morals, the child's growth will increase the parent's joy. A child with bad morals can only make the parents feel bitter and unhappy at all times, but when the child is responsible as he/she grows, this will bring much more joy of the parents.

Also a parent joy can increase if the child is doing well academically, maritally and ever other ramification

Do you wish to be a parent or are you already one? Do you expect same joy or are you already experiencing joy as a parent?

I am not yet a parent, buy I so much want to get married and have children. And I expect to have same joy and much more than I am giving to my parents.

As a future parent, I hope my children will give me so much joy and happiness by being obedient and adhere to what the see me do and say

On my own part, I will train them in a way they should go so when they become independent, they Will not depart from it

Conclusion

Parenthood is not just giving birth to children. Parenthood is an action word. It is taking responsibility of another child. It is not very easy, but it is very much profitable and rewarding if the parent teaches the child good morals.
The joys of being a parent is overwhelming. As we know, you cannot get bored when a child is around you, they are also very lovable and delecate
