My Day In Words and Pictures | A busy but a great day

Hello all,
This is my first post in the Steem Kids and Parents. Also, this is my entry to the contest, My Day In Words and Pictures, which is organized by @ngoenyi.

Today, I woke up at 6.30 am. This is my usual time to wake up in a normal work day. After getting up the bed, I got my shower and brushed my teeth. I had this feeling that this would be a good one and I would complete all my tasks within the day. Then, I cleaned the outside of the house and removed the garbage, which is one of my usual tasks of the day. After doing all these usual tasks, I went to get my vehicle, which was parked at my wife's workplace, Balangoda Base Hospital. After taking my car to our home, I got breakfast. My wife had prepared a quick breakfast for me because I had to leave quickly for work. After all, today was a busy day.

I drove my car to my workplace, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. I always enjoy driving to my workplace because this road has a great view and a pleasant environment that I always enjoy. It took around 20 minutes to reach my workplace. Today, I had to conduct a practical examination for my students. The exam was "Applied Electronics," and students are 2nd year students. The students were divided into two major groups; the first group had an exam from 10.00 am to 12.00 Noon. The 2nd group had the exam from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. We took only 7 students at a time inside the laboratory. These 7 students had 15 minutes for the exam.

Our demonstrators, Kavindu, Vindya, Sanduni, and Isuranga, helped me to conduct the exam. Our lecturers, Neranga and Vimukthi, also helped me to conduct the exam. Our lab attendants, Anuhas and Tharindu, were also there.

We could successfully conduct the exam, and I thanked them for their valuable contribution.
After the exam, I met our procurement officer to clarify a few points that I had during one of my procurement evaluation procedures.

After work, I left the university at 4.00 pm to go to my wife's home. She was on leave today since I also decided to go there. After coming to her house, I quickly showered and got into my favorite clothes, Sarong. Then I came to my usual workplace at her house and got my laptop to start my official work and blogging.

So this is how my day went; it is such a great pleasure to work in a good environment, even though there are a lot of tasks to complete. I always love to end the day with a happy mood. The blogging is a perfect way to finish such a great day.
