Now I will share some things about my family and my own interests through which we can stay healthy. And if we understand those rules. I can improve health. First of all we have to wake up early in the morning. Then eat some nutritious foods like milk, eggs, fruits, cashew nuts and raisins. Which will help our body to provide necessary nutrition calories and protein. I will be sick of it. And immunity will increase.

After eating nutritious food. We should exercise regularly for one to two hours in the morning every day. Or take a walk. Because we all know that exercising increases blood circulation in our body. and health improves. Increases resistance to light. Because a doctor also advises to exercise some amount of exercise every day. It can improve the health of our body. And it will be possible to improve the health of our family.

After some time after exercising. We have to take bath. After bathing we have to do our daily work. Then as our lunch. Fish, meat, or eggs should be kept. Because after our hard work all day long. And after exercise, our body burns a lot of calories. For this we need a lot of calories and protein. And fish, meat and eggs contain animal nutrients. Which helps our body to provide necessary calories protein vitamins. It keeps our body healthy. and health improves.

Finish eating these nutritious foods. We have to practice sports sometime in the afternoon. Because of the amount of heavy meals we ate at noon. To digest them we need to exercise or play some time. It will increase the digestive power in our body. And the body will not be sick. And in this way, if our daily life can continue according to the rules. Then we can improve our own health. And can improve the health of the family.

Then after dinner we should have some vegetables. Because vegetables contain a lot of nutrients. Which increases our physical fitness. And dinner and you should eat less. Because we don't have to do any kind of work at night. Therefore, it is better to eat less, it will keep our body healthy. And can improve health. And eating and drinking ends our daily activities. That completes my studies or other work if I have it. Fall asleep as quickly as possible. Because our body can get sick if we stay awake for too long. and health may suffer. For this, fall asleep as quickly as possible. It will keep our body healthy. And waking up early in the morning.

The rules I have tried to share. If we can follow these rules in our daily life. Then we can improve our health. And will be able to improve the health of our family.
