Hello kids and Parents!
I am glad to welcome you all to my food diary blog today. This food diary is for 29th November 2022 and it will be presented with pictures. The pictures are ranges from breakfast to dinner.
Food is very important to us because it is what sustains and gives us energy. So therefore, we need food in our daily lives. Let's have a look at my menu on 29th November 2022.

This rice is home-made food that is prepared in form of jollof rice in Nigeria. Rice, salt and oil (palm or vegetable) are the major ingredients used in preparing it.

I did not prepare this food. My Aunt made it for breakfast and I saw all the food ingredients used in preparing the meal.
Ingredients;
- Onions
- Fresh pepper
- Maggi
- Salt
- Rice
- Curry powder
- Thyme
- Vegetable oil
- Egg
Benefits of Consuming Rice
- It is good for digestive system
- It supports energy
- It protects against chronic disease
- It restores glycogen levels especially after exercise
- It is good for healthy weight maintenance
I took meat pie for luch, this is because I was very hungry when I returned from work and I couldn't have enough patient for food to defrost.

Let's get to know what this food is;
Meat pie is baked meat snacks that has a filling of minced meat, carrot, potato and other ingredients (meat in a gravy sauce and pastry).
Benefits of Consuming Meat Pie
- It is a good source of protein, carbohydrates and iron.
Meat pie is classified under junk food and junk foods are not that completely healthy. The price of this meat pie is #400 in our local currency which is 4 steem
I prepared this for dinner by pouring hot water into milo and milk which gives me aroma drink called Tea. The tea was served and eaten together with bread.
The price for the bread is 500 (5 steem)

- It ease physical discomfort
- It supports healthy weight
- It hinders heart disease and cancer
- It fights inflammation
- It boost the immune system
- Tea has a long lasting positive impact in our body.
This was my food menu for that day and and I prepared another food menu for the next day but ended up having just lunch and dinner. Porridge plantain for lunch and soup for dinner.
I like all the foods mentioned above because I am always happy eating them. Each of them tastes differently and gives me different feelings entirely. Having this opportunity of seeing food on a daily basis and being able to eat is a thing of joy and I am always grateful for that.
