Since memory allows me, I remember that I have heard a saying that says "The eyes are the reflection of the soul" and, although to date science has not yet been able to confirm if this is really possible, what was confirmed in the world of psychology is that our gaze is a source of information regarding emotions and personality noting that, This is complemented by the tone of our eyes.

Now, in our communication language we have two types, these being the verbal and non-verbal therefore, when we focus on the eyes, we are referring to non-verbal communication since, all the codes that we emit through the gaze are purely visual transmission and the agents that allow this communication to develop is the pupil, who is responsible for revealing our state of health, personality and confidence while, the color of the eye reveals the most important and impressive information we have and, I am going to tell you how we speak through the eyes without having to pronounce a word.

I tell you that, in order to understand the meaning of things, we must scrutinize a branch of communication called Semiotics since, in this style of science we have the opportunity to know the true objective of things seen that, beyond seeing them or knowing that they have a useful function for our development, there are aspects that are related to human characteristics that are already discovered or failing that, They are still in studies because more precise details of something are not yet revealed and although the eyes have been objects of study for several decades, there are millions of things that are not revealed scientifically but, psychologically.

To begin with, when we direct our gaze towards someone or something, the first thing we say through sight is whether we feel confident or not and the first 3 micro seconds that elapse, the gaze becomes mysterious because, through sight we begin to receive coding information for our brain and depending on what is detected at that time, We will know the level of trust we will have in this environment. It should be noted that this action is technically called physiognomy of the face but, to speak in simpler terms we can tell you that the face is in the process of interpretation.

When those 3 micro seconds elapse, our gaze begins to relax the tension and, the cause of this is because the brain has already made the necessary mutation of the information and although externally we still do not feel in confidence, for our gaze the danger does not exist because the brain sent the information that everything will be fine and from this moment, The shoulders begin to reduce tension, thus interpreting empathy and generosity towards the person or place that is in front of us.

Another conversation that our eyes also emit is the disease, however, in this aspect more than anything it is related to the tone since, when the color is light, there is a 13% of being prone to suffer from vitiligo. Gray or blue eyes are usually related to cataracts while brown eyes show a possibility of suffering from heart-related diseases. An important aspect that I share with you at this point is that, the University of Colorado (USA), was responsible for doing this study in 1997, however, updated it in 2017 adding that 7% of people who have blue eyes can suffer from skin cancer.

Returning to the gaze we have that, when someone looks at us or we look we say how sensitive we are and this is felt when saying that a person has a deep, sad, heavy, mysterious and even happy look. Starting from this, our eyes have the ability to let someone else know if we like to share with them or not and in case of being under the effects of rage, in those moments the pigment of the retina is pleased and automatically we will say through the look that at that moment, We are not willing to have compassion for anyone and if they tell us something, there will be a problem.

Last but not least, our eyes also express the pain inside us and at this point the color is also mixed because, when we are suffering from some situation that disturbed us, the tonality of the iris reduces its brightness to the level of giving it an opaque appearance. According to several neurological studies, the relationship between pain and dimension of the retina of the eye is closely linked to neuronal components that die because of the emotional instability we feel at that moment and, although it may generate curiosity, when it is said that someone dies of sadness, it is because the neurons gradually died and there was no one to interpret our gaze.

we have the task of paying more attention to people's eyes because, there is a great probability that they are asking us for help and by not paying attention to these small but significant details, we overlook it. Particularly I have seen several cases of people who are depressed and as they did not have people to analyze their gaze, they never got that hug that is so longed for in those moments and end up putting an end to the suffering by extinguishing their lives.
