Food challenge contest week #69|| For kids and parents| AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

First of all thank you @steemkidss for hosting this contest continuously for food lovers. Today I am going to present you a delicious drink that many of us love.

This is specially for avocado lovers !!!! This is the season for avocados in Sri Lanka, so I thought of making AVOCADO SMOOTHIE with fresh avocados from our home garden.... Really excited to share this super easy recipe with you all, even the kids alone can try this out by themselves.

Let's first see what are the ingredients we need....

• Ripe avocado 1
• Fresh milk 2 cups
• Sugar 2tbsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Ice cubes

First we have to cut the avacado into two and remove the seed.

Then scrape the flesh with a spoon and put it into the blender.

Next add milk, sugar, ice cubes and salt into the blender jar. Here you can also use milk powder instead of fresh milk.

Now blend it until all the ingredients mix well and turn into a smooth juice.

Now you can pour them into glasses and taste..

Mmmm this taste yumm... You can also add ice cream to make it taste better.

Did you know avocado is not famous only for it's heavenly creamy taste but also for it's rich health benefits.
