Hello Everyone
Today I am going to present you a fresh and delicious Cucumber Salad. It is easy to make and full of nutritional values.
Cucumber contains a high level of water and improves the hydration of the body. Eating cucumber helps to lower blood sugar, prevents us from constipation, and supports weight loss. This is also good for bone health, vision and at the same time it acts as an immunity booster.
Let's see how to prepare this salad....
Ingredients
Cucumber
Green chilies
Shallots
Pepper
Salt
Lemon
1.Cut the end of the cucumber and rub the end of the cucumber in a circular way using the cut out until a white foam appears. (This removes the bitterness of cucumber)
2.Wash the cucumber and peel it.
3.Cut it and remove the seeds.
4.Cut it into small pieces.
5.Cut to cut the green chilies and shallots as shown bellow.
6.Mix cucumber pieces, green chilies and shallots together.
7.Add salt and pepper.
8.Add lemon juice.
The Cucumber Salad is ready now....
