Steeming Community Contest Week #04 | "Dear Steemit " || How Steemit took her from me.

I am so happy to be writing to you for the very first time through this community. How have you been? How have you been able to manage the platform you created in your name? I hope you have been able to make good friends through your platform. Like you have done to me, I hope you have put smile in the faces of every genuine friend.

It's been a long while I expressed myself to you but today, you would know how I feel and know what you have done to me.
I want to share with you some few things that has happened to me during this period I met you but before I say anything, I love you. Please have a hug and kiss from a heart that cares.

Steemit, I meant you at a very difficult period of my life when all the money I have made in crypto was entering the ground because an asset I had in the Maker cryptocurrency was being buried by the same coin. After I had waited for 2months, I met you and you stole my heart.
During this period of waiting for the Maker to come up, I was madly in love with a lady by the name Benedicta Ukamaka Okeke.

My Beloved Temi

We were so much in love that no night past by without we talking for at least three hours. The reasons I loved her were these, she was God fearing, understanding, hardworking, calm and gentle, intelligent and smart, lovable, loving and friendly. I saw that she was ready to do everything and anything to make.me happy. These fuelled my love for her, just to mention a few.
Can you imagine that in the period we were only friends, she called me with her airtime and we talked for not less than an hour two times consecutively. She was that selfless and ready to put a smile on my face each passing day. Moments spent with her were cherished and are still cherished. I miss her.

You would wonder why I said I miss her but you gave along and stole me from her. I fell in love with you immediately I met you and this made me tell Temi (Mine) as I fondly called her that I was going to spend less time with her and more time with you, steemit. Because she is cool and calm, she understood and agreed to share me with you.

As I continued dating the two of you, you demanded for more time and attention and after a while you stole me from her.
I never really gave her the attention she needed again. Some days past without we talking because I was with you.
The one that made matters worst was when you introduced another girl friend in you to me, @SteemitCryptoAcademy.
I became so much I love with you.

After about three months, I saw that Temi's behaviour had changed towards me, I tried bringing her back to the past days but she wasn't giving me the attention I needed anymore. I tried and tried but all to no avail. To summarize it all, she demanded that I let her alone (she wanted some space). I had been trying to make her understand that you were not a person since then, but she hasn't believed me.

Temi is a final year student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and for about two weeks now, she had been on her final exams. This is one of the period she needs me the most but I can't be there for her because we are kind of apart now.

It is my prayer that God fix us back soon and I am doing everything to restore our love. I pray she understands and gives me the one chance I seek to let her know I love her more than steemit.

Conclusion.
Steemit, in as much as I love you, I am not ready to share my heart with you anymore. My heart belongs to Benedicta Ukamaka Okeke. Please do not beg me because I won't get married to a social media platform but a person and I had found her long before I met you.

I will still reach out to you as much as I can but in the main time, I wanna be with my beloved Temi.
