MY DIARY #3 - A Picnic Ride to Wild

I knew today is going to be a great day. Me, my sister and my friends planned to go for a picnic ride. But I was never a morning person. As usual I woke up at 8.30am. Many successful people were wake up at late😋. After I woke up, I went to the kitchen. In there my sister was preparing meals for picnic. While she is preparing I took a shower. After that I helped her to prepare the meals. We planned to go at 10.00am.😝

At about 10.15am we left the house. I forgot to tell you, we had a plan to visit Moragahakanda Dam also. We gathered all of our friends and left at 10.30am. As usual I was the man with golden hands(the driver😁). On the way we went to a wildlife museum that situated in Girithale, Sri Lanka. It was a memorable place. I am not going to tell in details about it, because my sister did an article about it.😉

After leaving museums we arrived to Bakamuna at about 12 o'clock. It is a village town in Sri Lanka. By side of the road near a lake, we found a place to eat our meals. We brought noodles mixed with chicken, sausages, eggs, and shrimps. We also brought manioc with coconut sambol (pol sambola) to eat. Both foods had amazing unique tastes🤤. We ate all our foods without any leftovers🙊.

Unfortunately I couldn't take a photo of manioc and coconut sambol. Because all my friends ate it within a second☹️😑.

After resting there for few minutes we started our journey to Moragahakanda Dam. Unfortunately we couldn't go inside because of Corona pandemic😒. So we went to the View Point of Dam😇.

At about 2.00pm we left the View Point and headed back to our houses☹️. On the way we ate bread with coconut sambol😋.After that we dropped our two friends at their houses. And me my sister reached our home at 5.00pm😌.

After resting for minutes I took a shower and took a little nap. At 7.00pm I woke up and took my dinner😊. I enjoyed this day so much but sitll I am little tired. So I am going to bed now. Have a good night guys!😇🌃😴
