THE SHOPPING GAME: 25/07/2020 | Shopping With Social Distancing
It is my first #theshoppinggame entry. Me holding a heavy shopping bag with disposable mask. I am trying to follow all guidelines for this game.
I am Neeraj, I was trying to go out for shopping from last 1 week but because of lockdown in my area till 23rd July I couldn’t go outside and was dependent on online shopping for home essentials. It is my first post in #theshoppinggame
I did shopping at Nature’s Basket grocery store located in Koramangala 5th block, Bangalore India. There was a queue of around 6-7 people and we had to stand in a queue with proper social distancing. The queue was to avoid the store getting crowded inside, which was good. They check body temperature and request for hand cleaning using sanitizers before entering the store.
I selected some dairy products from these shelves. It was mostly Milky Mist brand products.
I selected KEYA Pizza Mix Oregano and KEYA Black Paper N Rock Salt.

Also, bought fresh Avocado (also known as Butter Fruit here). It's a very healthy fruit rich with vitamins like Dietary Fiber, Folate/Folic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, E, C and K. I studied it's benefits when I started dieting 2 years back. I love Avocado milkshake. I bought it from roadside stall so didn't get a proper bill.

Hope you are safe. It seems there are long queues in supermarkets in your area. But people are keeping distance, which is good.
But here in my country, now people don't remember the risk we have. No social distance at supermarkets at present. When I try to keep distance they pass me and join in front of the queue🤷🏼♀️
I also like avacado. Are you going to prepare juice? or?
Yes, you are right. I will prepare juice. But, I need to wait for maybe 2-3 days to ripe.
I can tell you another way to eat. Maybe you know that before.
Scrape the flesh into a cup. Add 2 tablespoons of milk powder, enough amount of sugar, and few drops of lime. 🙈 It is really tasty.

So far I was adding only cold milk and sugar. now, this time I have something new to try. I am excited to try the new taste.

I really like the store and its arrangement both outside(sticking with the norms of social distancing) and inside(very neatly organized store).
You are very right that Avocado is indeed good for health in terms of various vital nutrients it contains. But as you know it is mostly an imported fruit, the price always remain high.
I love coconut cookies, that taste wonderful. Also, I always use black pepper instead of chili powder when I prepare dishes at home. Black pepper is always healthy.
Sugar-free bread is a good choice but that garlic bread is catching my attention. Next time I visit a store, I will look for that one.

Yes, this is one of the very popular store in Koramangla, Bangalore locality for grocery and organic food.

It is really a good experience to see what people are shopping.
There are some items in everybody's shopping which are common and most of the people buy that. Being a vegan specially I liked Coconut cookies and Avocado in your shopping. The carry bag provided by store is environment friendly.
