This movie is a real base story. The movie Starts with lead actress Vidya Balan.

Her character role name is Tara Shinde, Project Director of the Mars Orbiter Mission. Rakesh Dhawan (played by Akshay Kumar) helps to lead a team, believes in experiments, he thought was there is no science without experiments. The best part of this movie which I like very much is the teamwork.

Now I m going to tell you about the story, movie started with tara shinde she was doing her homework fastly, hurriedly making breakfast for her family while getting herself ready to leave for work. she looks very tensed because it's the launch day of the rocket, and she is hoping for a good launch, but unfortunately rocket explodes before it ever leaves Earth's atmosphere. After the launch failure, ISRO wants him to resign quietly. But the companies manager assign him a mangalyaan project. which was a big-budget project and Rakesh thought he could not complete this project due to small budget, even he got all new and inexperienced teams to complete this project, mostly was women.

But Tara encourages Rakesh and both planed for work strategy. Tara is badly caught in between balancing her career and her family. One day at home tara maid frying puris and suddenly maid informs Tara that gas is insufficient to cook then Tara replied heat the oil and turn off the gas, and turn it back on if the oil cools down, At the same time she realized that she can apply this method to launch MOM (Mars Orbiter Mission). She pitches this idea to dhawan and later both strugle more to take permission for applying this idea and at last, they got the permission andlaunch successfully a manglayaan with teamwork.

The moral of story is:-
1:- Balance between personal and professional life.
2:-Thaugt the lesson to not lose even a fraction of time.
3:-Never say impossible
4:-Time management
5:-Teamwork
6:-Failure can't stop you, etc.
