Tech Review Contest | Oneplus Nord N10 Detailed A to Z Review By @mahirabdullah
Hello Dear Science & Tech Lovers. I'm @mahirabdullah. This is my participation post for Tech Review Contest
Today I'm Going To Talk About My Mobile Phone which is Oneplus Nord N10. I'll try to provide a detailed review about this device. I hope you’ll enjoy. So, let's start without wasting time.
Oneplus Nord N10 (5G)
Oneplus Nord N10 is one of the latest mobile version of Oneplus Brand. Though It was a bit controversial device as this mobile has some missing key features that are available in Oneplus Flagship Models.
Let's start with It's key specifications.

Key Features
The Key Features of this device are mainly It's network coverage, magnificent 90 Hz display, powerful processor & fast charging.
5G Enabled Device
As we are moving forward with the pace of latest technology, we need to be updated with the network coverage also. Though 5G isn’t yet available in Bangladesh, but Oneplus Nord N10 supports 5G. That means you can use this mobile for a long time span
90 Hz Refresh Rate
Oneplus Nord N10 has It's one of the most successful key feature, that is It's 90 Hz refresh rate. The smoothness & better image quality while scrolling is on another level.
Powerful Qualcomm Processor
This device cones with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 processor which is often compared with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 one. You'll just feel the speed of the device when you are using it.
Fast Charging
Another useful feature of this device is It's fast charging capability. This mobile is capable of 30W charging, so you’ll need only about 1 hour to charge the device fully.
Some "Not So Good" Features
LCD Display
I'm a bit disappointed about It's display to be honest. I've to struggle a lot when I'm in low light conditions. Also, the colour quality isn’t that bright as compared to Super Amoled Display.
Camera
It's true that Oneplus Nord N10 has 64 MP primary camera. But It's very unfortunate that the camera quality isn’t that good at all. You have to remember that sometimes Megapixels doesn’t mean everything. I've tested that 24 MP Sony IMX576 Exmor RS performs better than Omnivision's 64 MP camera. It's macro lens was a disappointed too. Though, if you get good lighting conditions, then quality photos can be captured. It's important to add that the selfie camera is very much good in compare to rear camera.
Quick Battery Draining
As this device provides 90 Hz fast charging & Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 Processor, It's battery doesn’t run for a long time. Though, fast charging covers up this problem
Fingerprint & Other Issues
Fingerprint speed is a bit slow in this device. Sometimes it doesn’t work even after trying a few times. I hope this problem will be fixed soon in future updates.
Another issue of this device is it doesn’t provide a independent sim slot for 2 sims & a sd slot. You can use one sim & a micro sd card at a time. It doesn’t provide alert slider which is available in other flagship oneplus device.
Official Price of this mobile is 35000 BDT ( 416 USD) which is very high in compare to other phones with similar specifications.
Pros & Cons Comparison
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
5G Supported Device | Hybrid Sim Slot |
90 Hz Refresh Rate | LCD Panel |
30W Fast Charging | Quick Battery Draining |
Fingerprint On The Back | Slow Processing Fingerprint |
Selfie Camera is Quite Good | Rear Camera Doesn't Perform So Well in Low Lighting Conditions |
Oxygen OS | No Alert Slider |
Deep Customization | High Price |
Overall Review
The negative sides I've pointed won’t be a major factor if you want a clean operating system, better security, deep customisation & fast charging capability. Though the official price of this mobile is bit high, but if you buy this phone unofficially, you’ll be able to grab it in a cheaper price. So my final opinion is, if you have enough courage to buy an unofficial phone, then must go for it. But if you hesitate to buy Unofficial mobile, then don't go for it. There are Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Realme 7 Pro, Realme 8 Pro & many other options for you.
So, this was my detailed Tech Review. This is the first time I've tried to give a review of tech related device. So please reply in the comment box about how the review was & what is your opinion about this mobile.
Nice to read your review post. How many days have you been using Oneplus Nord N10?
Thank you
Approximately 2 Months. Maybe I've told you earlier 😅
Thanks For The Appreciation btw
Oneplus launch the Nord series to get the attention of midrange customers. When you are decreasing the price, you have to compromise a lot of things.
Moreover macro sensors of almost every smartphone unable to provide satisfaction.
That's true. But, oneplus nord series are too much overpriced as well as overhyped. You can buy a phone with overall better specifications in this price range
Yes, these macro lenses are total disappointment. But I'm thinking of buying a separate macro lense. I hope this will help.
