We value vocalists outside our country but do not respect native vocalists. However, I have arranged my post about a music artist in Bangladesh today. Kazi Shuvo is one of the most popular Bangladeshi singers. Vocalist Kazi Shuvo sings modern songs as well as folk songs.

Kazi Shuvo's real name is Kazi Ashikur Rahman, the nickname is Kazi Shuvo. His father Kazi Shah Alam and his mother Fatema Khatun. He was born on 10 December 1983 in Vijaypur, Barisal. Shuvo is the youngest of two brothers and sisters. He has grown up in singing and singing since childhood. His initiation into singing begins with learning the tabla by holding his father's hand.

Officially, he first learned to play the tabla from Khulna's Eso Gaan Shikhi and Udichi. Kazi Shuvo was in Khulna as his father worked for Bangladesh Jute Mill Corporation (BJMC) Khulna. Although Shuvo learned to play the tabla, he was very attracted to singing. He was inspired to sing by his elder brother Kazi Atiqur Rahman. He memorized many songs from his elder brother's diary.

Shuvo came to Dhaka to get his bachelor's degree. Slowly he began to sing on stage. Sometimes he used to play the tabla. Suddenly he met Shahid Bhai of Durbin (Band) in Dhanmondi. Shahid told him, You can sing good folk music. You can join the Durbin Band.

• In 2009, Kazi Shuvo's solo album Sadamata was released which was written by Arfin Rumi and inspired by Shahid Bhai. Among the folk songs of the album were Sona Bou, Tumi Bine Akul Paran, Major Shravan, Neelima etc. Shuvo then started singing in various mixed albums.

• In 2012, Shuvo's released his second solo album Sada Mata-2 with lyrics by Arfin Rumi.

• In 2013, another album called "Moner Akash" was released.

• In 2014, Shuvo's released his third solo album Sada Mata-3. The composers here are Arfin Rumi and Rafi. Diwana, Tomar he Piriti Bondhu. His fourth album Daga was released on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr 2017. His 5th album Mayar Agun was released on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha the same year.

• Kazi Shuvo won the Best Singer Award at the Sako Telefilm Awards 2014.

• Kazi Shuvo Shilpi has won the Best Singer Award 2014 for the album Sadamata 2 at the Journalist Foundation of Bangladesh Music Awards.

• Kazi Shuvo won the Best Singer award at the Shilpi Sangbadik Foundation Bangladesh Music Awards for the music album Mayar Agun 2018.

• Kazi Shuvo won the Dagro Showbiz Award for Best Singer of 2017 for his album Daga.
