Plenty of cold water or juice is needed by the people this summer. Our tree has got a lot of names this year by the grace of Allah. And suddenly I planned to make raw mango juice. My beloved wife (from the very beginning to the end) helped me to create this recipe. However, after getting the raw mango from the tree, we proceeded to make the mango juice and the ingredients that are needed to make this juice are listed below. Basically I learned this recipe by watching the video from youtube. Then suddenly I made a plan to make it today!

Ingredients

• Green Mango
• Sugar
• Salt (common salt and bit salt)
• Cumin seeds
• Light water
• 1 lemon
• Green pepper
• Mint leaves
• Coriander leaves
• That means everything is like quantity!

Instructions & Preparation

First I washed some raw mangoes cleanly, cut them and put them in a container. Then lightly fry the cumin seeds in the oven and then grind them. I washed the lemon, green chilli, mint leaves and coriander leaves together and put them in a container. Since all the ingredients have to be mixed, I have cut them well. Now the real work! Making raw mango juice is very straightforward and requires less time.

I mixed each ingredient and put it in a blender and blended it with the same amount of light water. The mangoes have been blended within the allotted time and I put the blended mangoes in a container because I will keep them all together. Raw mango juice is made! Then I put it in a bottle in the fridge because it will thicken quickly. After keeping it in the fridge for about 2-3 hours, I took it out and started drinking raw mango juice.

Really has been a great test to eat. Everyone in my house appreciated this recipe after eating. This is my first review or recipe about any food. I have tried to write completely like myself. If there is any mistake please forgive me and help me by informing me in the comments section. This will allow me to be more careful about it later.
