Tutorial on cooking fish with potatoes || Cooked by me

Today I am going to share the recipe of bata fish with potatoes among you. Bata fish is very tasty to eat. And if you can cook it nicely, then the taste will come out more. I will fry bata fish with potatoes today. Let's get started then.

Necessary things:

• Fish
• Potatoes
• Oil
• Salt
• Onion
• Green pepper
• Ginger paste
• Garlic paste
• Yellow powder

Cooking process:

Step : 01

First of all I wash the fish well with water. Then put it on a plate.

Step : 02

Then I cut a few potatoes into small pieces to put in the fish. Then I take it in a pot and wash it with water.

Step : 03

In the process I cut the onion and pepper like quantity. The pepper will make the sauce in the curry and the onion will taste. I cut the peppers and onions and put them in the fish lock.

Step : 04

Then I put a pan in the oven. I put the pan and put onion, chilli, fish, potato, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt in it. Then stir well with a spoon.

Step : 05

Then I pour 2-3 cups of water in the pan. This water will boil the fish and potatoes.

Step : 06

After giving water, stir it well with a spoon.

Step : 07

Then I cover the pan with a lid. So that the fish and potatoes are cooked quickly. Leave this process for 15 minutes.

Step : 08

In the process I open the lid and check the water. There is still water in the pan so it will take a while for the curry to come out. Stir with a spoon and leave it in this position for another 3 minutes.

Step : 09

If you open the lid after 3 minutes, you can see that the water in the pan is almost dry. And when the water dries, the curry will be cooked. In this case, I shake the vegetables once. So that the vegetables do not stick to the pan. Cooking is done through the completion of this process.

Step : 10

Then I take the pan off the stove. After taking it out of the oven, I put the curry in a bowl. This was my recipe for today.
