The story begins with Arthar Flifes, a helpless oppressed man in the city of Gotham.He work as a joker in a company.She was doing makeup while sitting in her makeup room. At that time there was news on TV about the chaotic environment of Gautam city.

The social situation became so bad that the rich were running everything as they pleased and everything was out of the reach of the middle class. At the end of the makeup, Arthur comes on the street to advertise the music company.The name of the company was Everything Must Go. He was trying to attract human attention through her gesture. At that time some wicked children came in the street and threw the signboard on his hand and tortured him a lot.

He then went to see his doctor as he was a mental patient. Arthur always wanted to be a good comedian. So he always wanted to get well quickly. Her doctor told her to write regularly. The next day he went to a hospital for office work and it was his job to try to make the hospital patients laugh in various ways. He took his gun with him and it fell and everyone saw it. It was reported in his office and the boss scolded him a lot and fired him. He lost his way. After that he got on the bus to return home. A girl on the bus was being harassed by three naughty people. She saw it and kept quiet and said nothing. A lot of times after seeing it you keep smiling after laughing like this. He got angry after the three men beat him so badly that he shot them with his gun.

After the murder, he escaped from the bus and went to a local washroom where he danced in strange poses. And he was very happy because he was able to get revenge for what he had done to her. Then he came home and came home to watch the news on TV.
