Review
I wonder why would some one miss the opportunity to see this kind of three movie series? They know that very well.
Those who have not seen it will miss a big ‘must watch’ in life.
But those who see it will be afraid in one place. Duration of the whole trilogy is exactly 11 hours 😵! (Without post credit)
Fellowship of the Ring: 3 hours 20 minutes!
The Two Towers: 3 hours 30 minutes!
The Return of the King: 4 hours!
I started watching this 11 hour trilogy two days after watching the first movie but then after watching the second movie I started watching the third one immediately !!
I think this series is the best trilogy ever seen!
In a word, it was a perfect combined pack. Every element of the three movies in the whole series seemed to surprise me! However, the best comparative technical issues were the best in The Return of the King!
Every part of the three movies in the series was great. But the most ‘surprising thing’ is three things - cinematography, visual effects, background music,! Which is why I first look at these three things in the movie.
Original story: - (No Spoilers)
From the name you understand, the whole story is about a ring, that ring is definitely not an ordinary ring.
Dark Lord Sauron builds a powerful ring that can control / manage everyone (including gods, kings) !! But the ring was lost to Sauron at some point.
It accidentally came to the Hobbit (dwarf). The story begins with a Hobbit named "Bilbo Baggins"! Meanwhile, Sauron started to dance to get the ring back !!
He wants to get the ring back so that he can destroy the human race from all over the world so that he can rule the evil power! With the help of his followers 'Saruman' and powerful 'Orc' forces, he tries to get the ring back.
On the other hand, led by Bilbo Baggins and his old friend Gandalf, in consultation with the ruling kings of Eisenguard, Murder, Rivendal, Rohan, Minas Tirith, it was decided that the only way to stop the mighty Sauron was to make the ring where the volcano erupted. However, the ring must be thrown into the fire !!
But who will do the job? Who will go to that volcano after crossing so many paths?
Cinematography
Andrew Lesnie has shown how high quality cinematography he is in three movies in this series.
Aerial shots in the production of Epic Fantasy story, Birds Eye View is a little strong, his aerial shots were the best of the three !! His best works were The Fellowship of the Ring and The Return of the King!
He won an Oscar in 2001 for The Fellowship of the Ring for Best Cinematographer.
Visual effects
Surprisingly, the best visual effects in the whole series were The Two Towers and The Return of the King, but one thing is for sure, the brightness of 'Layer' was very high in a few visual effects shots of The Two Towers, a little different. Looked, moreover, everything was awesome!
Music
Howard Shore Every melody in the entire series he composes can be heart-pounding, especially the theme music on the violin.
Howard Shore won 1 Fellowship of the Ring in 2001 and 1 Retirement of the King in 2003 = 2 times Oscar as Music Director.
Management
I think the director does the work of making a movie from the best to the best and Peter Jackson made this series the best.
Who has directed all these three movies for such a long time in such a big story.
The Return of the King! He has done a really great job.
As a result, he won the Oscar for Best Return in 2003 for The Return of the King.
