Assalamu Alaikum, today I am going to participate in the food review organized by @SteemBangladesh and for this I will show you today by sharing a different recipe. Today I will make Daibora. You will like it a lot

STEP - 1
Since I am going to share a different flavored recipe with you today, to make a different flavored recipe, we first need to make a tamarind chutney, so we need to take a cup of tamarind in a bowl and clean it very well in advance.
Then to melt the tamarind, add 2 cups of boiling hot water and soak the tamarind for at least five minutes.
Soaking the tamarind in boiling hot water for 5 minutes will soften the tamarind and the real sourness will come out of the tamarind seeds so that it can be soaked in hot water for at least five minutes.
After soaking for 5 minutes, it should be squeezed by hand and separated. If there is dirt and tamarind seeds inside, it should be separated.
When the tamarind seeds are separated from the tamarind seeds and all the dirt is removed from them, they should be put in a pan in the oven to make chutney.
Then when the tamarind is put in the pan in the oven, since the tamarind is sour, you have to add 2 tablespoons of sugar along with it. It will be more delicious to eat as it will increase the taste of this chutney.
Since it will make sour salty chutney, you have to add half a teaspoon of red chilli powder in it at this stage. Then try to use 2 more amounts of salt as the amount of tamarind is very sour. Would be more delicious
Add a pinch of chilli powder, salt and mix well. Then add half a teaspoon of cumin powder and half a teaspoon of spice powder.
The spices that will be needed to make the chutney. After adding the last spices inside the hobby, the mosquitoes should be mixed very well and it should be cooked for at least 5 to 6 minutes.
After 5 to 6 minutes of cooking with the medium in the oven, you can see that the sauce has become a little thicker, then you will realize that it is made in a perfect way.
STEP -2
When the chutney is finished, to make semolina bara, first take a cup of semolina in a bowl. It should be taken with raw semolina.
At this stage you have to add one cup of yoghurt with one cup of semolina. Here you can use either yoghurt, sour yoghurt or sweet yoghurt.
Then add yoghurt and semolina. Add half a teaspoon of ginger paste here but you will only use ginger paste. If you do not use garlic paste in any way, then it can ruin the taste.
Suji tokadai and half of the paste should be mixed very well. Add salt here. Try to give as much salt as you need because if there is too much salt, it will not be good to make.
Then you have to add half a teaspoon of baking soda. Here you must use baking soda. Baking powder but it cannot be used, so if you have baking soda on hand, you don't need to use it.

When such a perfect batter is made for making semolina bara, then you have to put a few pans in the market for it, then you have to put some oil in the pan.

This way you can give as much as you can one by one, but if you can live with a little less, these will be very good to play, because they will be much tastier to eat.

This is how to do it. You have to fry them all one by one. It will take some time to fry them but over time they will have to be fried slowly.
STEP -3
When all is well, you have to add water in it so that they are submerged and of course you will use the water that you can drink here because water will get inside these big ones.
In order to soak these raisins in the yoghurt, first take 2 cups of yoghurt in a bowl. Here you can take half sweet yoghurt and half sour yoghurt. If you do not have two yoghurts, you can take either.
Then you have to add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the same amount of salt inside the heart. Since it will be used here, you must try to use sugar and salt.
After adding sugar and salt inside the yoghurt, it is necessary to mix them very well and it is necessary to mix these ingredients very well over time so that they are mixed very well.
After soaking for at least five minutes, the soaked bumps should be removed from the water and squeezed out as much as possible.

FINAL STEP
Soak the baras in yoghurt for 10 minutes and then serve them. To serve, you can take the baras in a fridge and then serve them with tamarind pickle, tamarind chutney, coriander leaf chutney, a little bit of chaat spice and a little amount of cumin powder. I hope you all try at least once at home
