We are all familiar with the word "Plagiarism". In our day to day life we used a lot of words and sentence in many ways like "posting in Social Media, Writing To Someone and so on. But we are never aware of plagiarism.

So what actually "Plagiarism" is?

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the verb "Plagiarism" means:

transitive verb
: to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own : use (another's production) without crediting the source

intransitive verb
: to commit literary theft : present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source

The concept of "Plagiarism" is very clear but still it's contents are very unclear to most of us.

Generally, plagiarism is not in itself a crime, but like counterfeiting fraud can be punished in a court for prejudices caused by copyright infringement, violation of moral rights, or torts. In academia and industry, it is a serious ethical offense.Source

We plagiarized a lot in our work every day. But to be honest we really don't care about this. It's like very normal to us. But we should be aware of "Plagiarism".
