Hello everybody...

Good afternoon friends of the Steem Bangladesh community. I hope all of my friends are doing well and always be enthusiastic in carrying out their activities. On this occasion, I am back in this community to take part in a contest organized by @hive-138339 with the topic of Lifestyle - Health - Fitness - Sports - Recreation - Food - Gardening - Travel. From the number of topics I mentioned above, in my post this time I chose a topic about Health. In this contest I also want to invite 2 of my friends, namely @ratul24730 and @lingkar-photo so that they can immediately join the contest organized by @hive-138339.

Why is healthy living important? Currently there are still many people who are not aware of how important health is for daily life, having a healthy body will certainly support our daily activities. Just imagine when we have a disease caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, it will certainly harm ourselves, because our activities are disrupted because we are sick and need medical expenses. Therefore, we must realize how important it is to maintain health because healthy is expensive.

Having a healthy body is the desire of everyone including myself. Because by staying healthy, the activities we do can run smoothly and according to our expectations. With healthy too, then we do not have to spend time and money to buy medicine or go to the hospital. So we must always be grateful for the health favors given by God Almighty to all of us.

There is not a single person in this world who has the desire to be sick. When we are sick, the body will feel very uncomfortable. Maintaining a healthy body is one of the important things that we must always strive for. If our bodies are sick, we certainly will not be able to enjoy our days beautifully and everything will feel uncomfortable. Sleeping, sitting, and appetite will never feel comfortable if we are sick. Everything will feel wrong when our body's health is in a state of decline.

Considering the costs that must be incurred when caring for our sick body is not small. Therefore health is free and we should be grateful for the health that God has given us. Especially when the Covid-19 pandemic has still not subsided, we are very required to maintain health to avoid Covid-19.

There are several steps in maintaining a healthy body, such as consuming nutritious foods that contain carbohydrates (rice, cassava, cassava, potatoes, etc.), consuming foods containing protein (fish, eggs, tofu, and tempeh), consuming foods containing vitamins (fruits). fruits and vegetables), drink 8 glasses of water a day, avoid stress, avoid smoking, limit the use of preservatives and salt, and so on.

For me, health is the main capital to live the day and achieve success. A success in life will feel in vain if we reach it in a state of illness. Success will feel complete if we are in good health and we can enjoy our hard work so far. The only one who can keep our body healthy is ourselves. So do not be easily influenced by friends who invite us to things that are not healthy. Because if we fall sick, they will not necessarily pay attention to us. Only us will feel the pain, not them. If we are not aware of the importance of keeping our bodies healthy, then who else?

Here are some ways to maintain a healthy body or a healthy way of life that we can use as a reference so that the body stays fit and healthy and always happy in life.

  • Recognize body language.
  • Keep the diet, Consuming Balanced Nutrition, Avoid overeating or undereating.
  • Consumption of fibrous foods.
  • Sufficient Fluid Needs.
  • Sufficient Vitamin Needs.
  • Keep yourself and the environment clean as well as food and drink hygiene.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Avoid bad habits.

Healthy Life is Easy, the key is only Discipline.

Health is expensive, if any illness we have can be sold out for treatment, therefore if we want to save money, then just live a healthy lifestyle. Healthy living itself is very simple. We just need to follow how to maintain health or a healthy way of life as described above. If we are disciplined in running it, besides being cost-effective in running it, our health will also be maintained. Because Health is a priceless wealth, therefore take care of our health before illness comes. There is no regret that comes in front, regret always comes later.
