The movie began like any other movie, sales girl being pissed off by customer but little do you know, the first face shown on the screen of the movie is the first victim to die!😲
Another serial killer is born in Shadyside(the news calls Shadyside 'Killer Capital USA') - Ryan Torres aka the skull mask killer. He gets shot in the head and he dies.

The movie is centered around Deena and her geeky brother Josh who believes alot in the rumors of Sarah Fier 'the witch'.

Now, Deena and her 2 friends; Kate & Simon go to Sunnyvale where Deena sees her ex-girlfriend with another guy and gets heart broken. But the existing hatred between Shadysiders and Sunnyvalers erupts and from all the commotion, Sam's nose bleeds and she sees Sarah Fier.

It is from here that the witch sends one of her minions, The Skull Mask Killer to kill Sam for she saw Sarah Fier but since some of Sam's blood fell on Simon's shirt and Deena's sneakers, he attempts to kill them both.
The gang (Deena, Kate, Josh and Simon) thinks it is the work of Sunnyvalers so they go to confront Sam and her boyfriend in the hospital but Sam's boyfriend gets murdered by the killer in Sam's room and they escape from the killer and go to report to the sheriff that the killer is back but they aren't believed.

Simon meets another Shadyside killer, Ruby Lane.

Josh starts figuring it out due to his past knowledge about the witch, and they go to where Sam first saw Sarah Fier.

She sees Sarah Fier again and they get attacked by Thomas Slater aka Camp Nightwing Killer.

Josh now derives a plan to try and save the life of his sister's ex-girlfriend. The plan is in the mall where the Skull Mask Killer was born.
Josh and Kate have a little intimate moment as well as Deena and Sam. Poor Simon, all alone😂.
They try to explode the killers but they wont die! The chunks of meat come back together and recreate its form. The killers are back on Sam's trail.

Josh now formulates a new plan to save Sam's life - she needs to die to survive.
The gang tries to distract the killers from Sam by rubbing Sam's blood on their chest but it doesn't end well for them.
Kate gets her head shredded by Skull Mask and Simon gets his own head chopped like firewood by the Camp Nightwing killer.

But their efforts didn't go in vain, Sam died and came back to life and the killers stopped chasing them.

Did you think that it was over? No it is not!

Sam later on turns into a zombie-ish kind of person and attempts to kill her girlfriend Deena. But Deena succeeded in not dying and in tying her up.
