I have got opportunity to express my views on steemit feedback. As it is difficult to articulate. Because this community is the sign of our 🇵🇰 Pakistan. Where we can comfortably write 📝 up our beauty, culture and sharing different organizing events in our mother language too within a friendly environment.
In @steemit-pak community team leader @haidermehdi and his collaborative members @hassanabid, @event-horizon,@vvarishayy altogether performing thier responsibilities very effectively in an organized team way.Even they have own personal responsibilities rather than they are struggling for given us best support.Thank you all of you for always available to guide and Support us for showing best in this community.
I have joined this community since before 2 months ago. I am not yet more experienced in posting. But i feel in myself my first post and my recent post i have observed couple of change. This is due to appreciation of all team members.In a very organized way they guide us how to better your writing styles and post and post a quality of contents.
I am going to share screenshots of my some participation in @steem-pak. Which is my each next post is better than before. And i also participated in contests. Due to quality of contests i had selected too. These some of the screenshots of participation shows that due to receiving guidance and support i am performing good in this community with comfortably and confidently.

Move on, With due respect, I would like to share my views about adding some notes to grow @steemit-pak successfully

• Community team leaders make a schedule of a week in which they randomly assigned topics for presentation. Rather they are for mentally and physically beneficial or helpful for thier practical life. In reward select quality of posts for booming vote.
• Community members also can share thier life experiences, achievements even they received from steemit platform. And This is the best way for motivation and inspiring others members who are mostly inactive.
• Team Leaders also should add your diary posts within a week to enhance the confident of community members. So they can involve in @steemit-pak actively.
• Some of them are new and have no good in English language. If they post please guide appreciate them and corrects thier mistakes.Mostly are housewife, Cant go outside for working also appreciate thier diary posts, In this way, they will participate in community with more convenient and confidence way. And always try to give best to this community.
• Follow up is also very important about active and inactive community members. So that you can take easily effective initiatives to enhance the milestones of community.
  Here is sharing the note for community members

Community is basically group of people which have same characteristics and same interests. A community can progress successfully when its members always available too for its support. Than in reward community and members both enjoy healthy and wealthy life. So @steem-pk is one of that community, in which we have to unite and integrate by showing our positive and active interests
So my dear fellows if our Founder will healthy than we all will be wealthy and happy.
