At the Meanwhile 4th April all over the world , Muslims have celebrated First day of Ramadan by keeping fast , offering prayers st home and Mosque and enjoyed Sahri and variety of delicious dishes in Iftari time too. But one thing keep in mind health living always boost your well being to continue your fasts in whole Ramadan Month. For this purpose some Nutritional Tips should be follow.for staying healthy and happy with family in whole Ramadan Month
Make Saher time light & Healthy
Saher is like a breakfast time of your daily ruitne. But this is not same like that in Saher time we have to keep fast and im next couple of hours we have to keep calm , Patience and worship for the sake of Allah Almighty. Balanced your Saher time with intake of healthier nutritions diet like glass of milk, yogurt, date, Chapati or moderate use if water to keep hydrated before iftar time.
Best Exercise during fasting and Remember Deserving People around you
Ramadan comes in Summer Season then you feel Fasting and dehydration. The best exercise is to offer prayer five times a day and in every prayer do Wazoo for feeling better and can boost your self to offer prayer and recitation of Holy Quran. This is the best way to keep busy in healthy activity
After that you can spend time to help deserving people around you by showing Little acts , kindness and giving them support to ease thier life. This is the golden opportunity or blessing of Allah on you to pick up the healthy acts and reject unhealthy ways in whole Ramadan Month
Have a Healthy Iftar
This is the blessing time of whole day , Through you can avail the blessings of Allah. But healthy practices will keep your balance diet maintained.For this purpose, Start your Iftari with three dates along with water gives you healthy instant energy and capable you to enjoy your Iftar meal ahead. Beside frying items , Fruit chat is best nutritional healthy item which complete your all needed requirement. After that you can offer prayer and then take dinner and go for isha prayer and Tarawi

Informative post, its necessary to eat healthy in ramzan but its a truth that most of us know it but cannot follow 😂
Yes, Indeed we know everything about hygiene and happy living style. But due to some tough schedule of life or some ignoring these aspects we lose our healthier life. May Allah reform our self and strong our belief Ameen ❤️

A good explained post. Yes we have to eat healthy things and the things that help us to prevent dehydration. But in Ramadan maintaining this balance is little difficult but not impossible. Eat healthy stay healthy....
