INTRODUCTION

Hello to this beautiful community #steem-pakistan where I will be reviewing my favorite recipe that I prepare during the EiD celebration 🎉.
Below are the list of things and prices that I actually used in the preparation of the Eid festival.

1).	Waterfufu		1000cfa
2).	Pepper		500cfa
3)	eru		1100cfa
4).	Canda		500cfa
5).	Chicken		2000cfa

After I bought all bought all this food items from the Market, I had to return back home 🏠 and start it preparation immediately where I had to make show that the eru and the waterleaf are probably slide as much as possible to ensure that they are reduced to it lowest level and also to that the suop with it other incrediebt are well mixable during it preparation process.

After I have finished sliding this two mixture, I had to also prepared the canda and the chicken by sliding it while I prepare it to get ready.
For me ,it is a difficult process to prepare the chicken and because you need to sluter it and keep it for a while while you boiled water that will warm.after 5minute ,after which I will suck it inside for sometime to ensure that all the feather are removed with the intestines so as to make it attractive for human consumption.

After preparing the meat, here comes the preparation of the soup which is the difficult but need a lot of consistency and concerntration after which the eru with the water leaf 🍀 are with together with red ♥️ oil to ensure that the food is well fixable where the meat are then added to ensure that every thing flow together to make the soup more rich and attractive.
In my community ,it is considered as the best food and that is what community love most during this period of EiD

Dispite the fact that it took me a lot of time in preparation of this dish during the EiD period but I must say that my labor did not went invent as I try my best and could finally came up.with something .

This is what a could came up with during the EiD recipe period and I believe that every one reading through my post will love it and I pray that in subsequent edition more recipe will came up in more edition.
