MIND ,BODY AND SOUL :

Before discussing about how to improve your memory, I would like to discuss about Mind body spirit.

MIND :

First thing which I would like to share with you that the mind is not the synonym of brain. The mind defines as it composed of mental states such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs ,attitudes and images and brain is hardware that allow us to experience these mental states.
Stress is every where and life becoming more demanding and it is very important to pay attention towards our mental state. Focus on nourishing the mind and mental health.

BODY :

Body is just like machine having different parts which work independently. We all know how to look after our bodies or looking after our physical health. Use healthy food and reduce intake of soft drinks, alcohol and caffeine. Focus on your sleep ,hydration and exercise. Be proactive. Set realistic goals, celebrate the small wins and keep going. Find way to do more physical activities in your daily routine such as walking up stair instead of using elevators or join some sport activity of your choice.

SOUL :

Soul is the spiritual believes and spiritual believes are usually comes with our religious believes. It involves the identifying our purpose of life , direction and somehow understanding what gives us joy and inner satisfaction.
For healthy life it is very important to keep your soul healthy and wellbeing . We can improve our soul by connecting with new peoples and welcome their thoughts and respect their perspectives. Always keep thinking about new ideas about how to re energize your soul. Be kind to others and yourself as well, always ready to help others it also gives you inner satisfaction and happiness. Take out time for yourself and not be productive every second.

IMPORTANCE OF MIND, BODY AND SOUL :

The mind ,body and soul they all are interconnected with each other . To understand the importance of mind ,body and soul ,we can say that they worked together to built our overall wellbeing.
A healthy body keeps you active and well. A healthy mind keeps you focused and engaged. A healthy soul keeps you satisfied and happy.

TIPS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MEMORY :

Here are some tips to improve your memory:

EAT LESS ADDED SUGAR :

Eating too much sugar is not good for health it can cause many diseases like diabetes, dental cavities and poor memory too. Research showed that people who regularly intake lots of added sugar may have poor memories and lower brain volumes than those who intake less sugar.

TRY FISH OIL SUPPLEMENTS:

Fish oil supplements are rich source of omega 3 which may improve memory and also important in release of stress and anxiety, and slow mental decline.

MEDITATION :

The habit of meditation may effects your body very positively. It is relaxing, and reduces stress and pain, lowers blood pressure and even improve your memory. Meditation is not only good for your body but also good for your brain.

EXERCISE:

Exercise is important for physical as well mental heath. Studies tell us that the exercise may increase the secretion of neuroprotective protein and improve the growth and development of neurons which can play key role in improvement of brain health.

GET ENOUGH SLEEP :#

If you don't take enough sleep or lack of proper sleep can cause poor memory. Sleep play very important role on physical and mental heath. Research proved that sufficient sleep associated with better memories performance. Health experts recommend adults to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night for optimal health.

MAINTAIN A HEALTY WEIGHT :

To maintaining a healthy body weight is most important for good health which makes your body and mind active and you can give your best performance in your daily routine works. Obesity can lead to decrease your insulin resistance and inflammation, both of which can negatively impact the brain. Obesity cause poor memory.

PRACTICE MINDFULNESS :

Mindfulness is a kind of mental state in which you can only focus on your present suitation. It can improve your memory performance. By practicing Mindfulness you become more positive and goal oriented . It reduces the stress level in body. It is good for your physical and mental health. It can boost your brain performance.

TRAIN YOUR BRAIN:

Exercise your cognitive skills by playing brain games such as crosswords, word -recall games etc these are good ways to make your strong and long-lasting. By training your brain you can able to control your mind and can more focused on your desired goal which eventually make you succeed.

HAVE A LAUGH :

You have heard that " laughter is the best medicine" . It actually work in keeping good physical and mental heath. Listening jokes and watching funny movies can improve your brains learning and creativity skills. Keep laughing and also make others to laugh just for the sake of good reason.
