I hope everyone's doing great! Although it's October but still it's super hot here in Karachi. Cold nights and super hot days! Anyways, let's begin with my diary now. So, I had a really rough and tough day full of different activities.

Super sunny day:

So, it was super sunny today. The temperature was around 32 degrees but it felt like more than 40 honestly speaking. Karachi's weather was never this much suffocating back then but now, for more than 3 to 4 years the has been really bad specially in summers. So, if you are new in karachi or you even wanna visit karachi in summers, make sure to keep a chilled water bottle with you all the time. Keep yourself hydrated.

Fire drill training:

I hope all you knows what fire drilling actually is and how it works. So, at my workplace every year the staff members, admin staff and other workers get this training. This is for any sudden incidents that can happen anytime. Although, the training itself is pretty much healthy since we get to know something new but unfortunately after working for more than 8 ours we just wat to go home! :D Anyways, attaching some of the pictures from the training session.

So, as you can see in the pictures attached above that how fire extinguishers actually works. Although it's super easy but the fire extinguishers itself is so heavy to hold. All the staff members tries it one by one so that everyone knows it well about it actually works.

Fries pakoras for evening:

After coming back to home I always get a nap of at least 2 hours. In evening. it's our habit to have tea and something with it. Yesterday I thought to make some fries pakoras. Everyone in my family loves it no matter how many times I cook it. So it's always the best snack to have with in the evening. attaching a collage in which you can see the steps you can follow to make it.

As you can see how easy it is to make pakora fries. :') Do try it at home it tastes so good. That's all from today, I hope you have liked reading my diary. :)
