My dear friends, how are you all? I wish that by the grace of Allah Almighty, you will all be well and live your life happily. Because Today is wednesday and this day we make a post about knowledge . In This Post I will tell you about some tips that make our brain healthy and strong.

As you get senior, your body and brain will change. There are, however, certain things you can do to assist slow memory loss and reduce your chance of Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.

💠 Exercise on a regular basis

There are numerous advantages to exercising, and it appears that regular physical activity is beneficial to the brain. Physically active persons are less likely to have a deterioration in mental function and have a lower risk of acquiring Alzheimer's disease, according to research. These benefits are thought to be due to increased blood flow to the brain during exercise. It also has the capacity to counteract some of the natural decline in brain connections that occurs as people age, effectively reversing some of the issues.

Aim for thirty to sixty minutes of activity several times per week. Playing , swimming, tennis,Walking or any other moderate aerobic activity that raises your heart rate will suffice.

Your brain's health is effects by how well you sleep. Apnea sleep is bad for your brain's health and could be the reason you can't sleep for more than a few hours at a time. If you or a family member suspects you have sleep apnea, speak with your doctor.

💠 Consume a Mediterranean-style diet

Nutrition has a huge bump on your mental health. Plant-based diets, whole grains, salmon, and healthy fats are all good for the brain.

Research show , persons who stick to diet are less likely to get Alzheimer's disease than those who do not. More research is needed to determine which aspects of the diet have the most impact on your mental health. We do know, however, that omega fatty acids present in extra-virgin olive oil and other healthy fats are necessary for your cells to operate properly, that they appear to lower your risk of coronary artery disease, and that they improve mental focus and slow cognitive decline in older persons.

💠 Keep your mind active

Your brain is a thew if you don't use it, you'll lose it. You can put your brain in work by practising crossword puzzles or Sudoku, reading, playing cards, or putting together a jigsaw puzzle, among other activities. Consider it mental cross-training.

None of the brain-training programmes come highly recommended by me. These programmes frequently make promises they can't keep or concentrate on memorising abilities that aren't applicable in actual life. Reading or solving puzzles can give your brain a wonderful exercise as well. Finally, avoid excessive television viewing because it is a passive pastime that does little to excite your brain.

💠 Maintain a social presence

Stress and Depression , both of which can lead to memory loss, are aided by social engagement. If you live single , look for opportunities to connect with loved ones, friends and others. Solitary internment has been linked to brain atrophy in studies, thus staying socially active may have the opposite impact and help your brain stay healthy.

Yes, you are right but this image is subject to copyright. Licensable is not enough, it should say that the image is free for commercial use.
Hope you understand what I am trying to say.
