Does Steemit really need Advertisement?
Every Social media website like any other business or product needs an advertisement to reach potential users. Steemit is also a social media website, which also needs the advertisement to reach it's potential users. Because in today's world, there are so many social media platforms, and to reach your potential users you have to show them your platform through advertisement in a way that attracts them to use your website/platform. Same as the requirement for Steemit. It is obviously one of the best social media websites because it can reward you for your valuable content, unlike other social website s where in most cases, you do not get rewarded for your content. Therefore, Steemit should advertise to reach its potential users.
Why Should you join Steemit?

Steemit is a social media platform, where you are rewarded for your content, usually writing and photography. It is very easy if you once get used to it. you can earn money by working from your own comfort zone with no time restrictions either. Steemit can change your life because you can earn and learn together. You can earn money in cryptocurrency (Steems & steem dollars) which can be exchanged for other currencies such as USD and PKR etc. Also, you can learn about crypto-currency and other their blockchains, and especially if you attend lectures of Crypro-Academy in Steemit. Steemit worth giving some time to it. It is highly appreciated working here on steemit and showing your skills.
Advertisement through online platforms:

Steemit like any other website shall advertise on other social media websites to gain the attention of the online content creators. Steemit has 109.8k followers on Twitter, it has been updated by tweeting almost daily, which is a very good sign of engagement with the @steemit users and other active online content creators. But Steemit does not remain active officially on other websites to gain attention. The last official post made on Facebook was on 19th June 2019. This shows that official connections on Facebook are not updated for years. which is not good.
Steemit shall create official Advertisements on Facebook as well as on other social media platforms to reach as many people as it should be.
Advertisement through offline platforms:

Steemit can reach people by doing offline activities such as organizing workshops, training, and public gathering, etc. If there is an official gathering or workshop, people will be able to ask about any query related to Steemit and its uses as it is not as easy as other social media platforms due to the technicalities which a normal social media user won't understand if not properly guided before using it. If not official, volunteer events can also happen, if area-wise or specific region-wise tasks been allocated to some active users.
Also, Events must be arranged in which visits to educational institutions shall be on priority, where special workshops or awareness programs shall be given to students. This idea is applicable because there are so many students whom I personally know, who cannot afford basic things and face difficulties to fulfill their educational and other daily expenses. Those students can join steemit and can grow the Steemit community as a whole, and also earn for themselves and their families. Due to Steemit, their writing, communication, and social skills will also improve. And as we say, cryptocurrency is going to rule the world in the future, same as that Steemit is also going to rule the world of social media, and these students can make it grow.
Advertisement through Customised designed Products:

Advertisement of Steemit can be made through customized design of different products Such as design of T-shirt with a Steemit logo on it, key chain with steemit logo, Mobile cover with steemit logo and many other things which we see and use in our daily life.
And If steemit launches a brand of any specific product then that will also add value because through advertisement it can gain a market share as well as gain the attention of potential users to join Steemit.
Further, advertisements through Banners, brochures, etc also can be made in any place around the world.
These were only my personal ideas and opinions which may look childish to some of you, but still, I had to share them.
This was my attempt to write some words on the advertisement for Steemit.

Very well defined and detailed post. I like the events idea more. No matter how boring seminars sound but they do have a tendency to grab attention.
Indeed they are boring, but they have an impact on the purpose. And here the purpose is clear enough, to gain attention and make new people visit Steemit or any other platform mentioned in the agenda.
Indeed steemit also need advertisement like viral marketing is another form but its not that effective, I myself never heard about this, I came to know through a person.
This can be a very effective way, organizing workshops may help to make people more aware of this platform with a right and productive approach.

My entrance to steemit was also through a friend and that is why I made this point that maybe if there is some marketing through other social media platforms or related websites then it might have a positive impact and bring some positive and good authors to it.
