The diary game | Betterlife | Breast feeding and nutrition awareness in community
Hello friends!!!!
I wish everyone is blessed and happy i am good too. Sometimes we stuck in busy routine in a way that could not find time for few other activities.
I was writing diray post from the yesterday night but couldn't finish it as my baby wanted to watch cartoon on my cell phone during watching she broke my charger pin and phone was dead.
I started my day with the name of Allah and get ready for my work. It was raining from last two days and entire road was broken and full of mud. It made my journey long and tiring.

I reached on time and checked my assignment that i have to done today. Breast feeding was started and i have to monitor many activities.
We arranged a walk in hospital so that local community can be aware from it. Many people didn't care about breast feeding importance for children and consequently breast cancer is increasing rapidly in country.

The purpose of walk and health session definitely increased the importance of particular issue in community. People respond more good when we raise the importance of specific topic for their awareness.
A health session conducted in hospital with patients and their attendants. Its happy to know many people are well aware about it but still little effort is needed to educate more.
Then i moved to school and conducted a health session in college so that young growing girls can be well aware about it. Also motivated them about healthy breakfast and good eating habits.

Awareness to public is really need of day especially in rural area. Although technology is reached in every part of World but still some areas are far from it. So its our duty to educated such people upto our best knowledge.

Breast feeding is really important discussion but we Pakistani felt shy to talk about. I heard alot from my mother about the benefits of breastfeeding and you raise this topic very well. Glad to see young literates of Pakistan🇵🇰
