Hi everyone
Hope you are all doing well. I could not participate in engagement i was badly ill due to high grade fever as working in such severe weather. My today diary post is little important for everyone as it will help you guys to prevent from the adverse effects of heat stroke. As the whole Pakistan is facing it now a days and its really very dangerous.

Morning

I started my day with the name of Allah, made tea for me but could drink it because my taste buds were not working. Got ready for work offcourse first my princess, today i have no power to carry my princess with me as i have to travel through local bus service. With great effort reach to terminal.

As i reached, received call from office about heat stroke awareness in hospital and also in schools. It was advised through panaflex taught students and public people how they can combat with heat stroke. Its my duty to aware people about these health threat.

On office instruction incharged arranged a emergency counter in which only those patients will be treated which having heat stroke realted illness. We further areanged a lecture for staff member that heat stroke is health related illness in which body could not control temperature and it rises continously. It was need of day because people are working outside in this harsh temperature.

I reached in school at such a short span of time i could not arrange panaflex all at once, but ordered it and will recive in evening; therefore i wrote it on the board to educate students each and everything.

I finished my lecture, its my habit i frequently asked question from students to check whether they are listening or not. Anyhow; there is alot of knowledge in village school although this area was far off from the main city. I was happy and much relax now. Finally reached home and did not felt any hunger yet. I saw ice cream in referigerator and ate it just to change the taste buds, it relaxed me and little bit improve my glucose level. In all this my princess was much ingnored. Went to sleep for some rest, as i was feeling tired. Its best to do some rest.

Evening

My husband said lets move to buy some fruits which are healthy and will give more vitamin c. We reached market, i saw cherries, i like it very much. These are healthy full of vitamin c and also fibers. Went to mart to buy some kitchen items. Came back to home, washed cherries to check how it taste.

Finally i was much better, decided to cook chicken pulao. I cut chicken in small pieces to make it little different. The rice turned out tasty. My family liked dinner,as i cooked after many days due to fever. In evening weather was so good it was about to rain. Thank God heat waves will be reduced and we can do work free of tension, have a look on the beauty of weather.
