Good day, everyone. This is @bushramalik from Pakistan, and I'm here to participate in @steemit-blog intriguing topic Propose a new steemit Project in @steemit-pak. Steemit is a massive platform, and there is no doubt that things are always for the betterment of those who work here.

Participating in steemit dynamics and projects is always beneficial because they help to build the steem ecosystem in some way. If there is some change made here it is also for the betterment.

On this occasion, I'd want to give some suggestions that I found somehow should improve in improving content quality and engagement challenges.

Quality Content

There are alot of communities here on steemit and everyone is already doing great. For the quality content I just want to suggest one thing there must be clear markdown styling. Whenever I try to get guide from the Markdown Styling guide that is available on steemit when you write your post you see it on the right corner. There is guidance but not clear. It should be more specific. Because without Markdown our post not looks good.

For thr Quality Content there must be a specific standard or rule for everyone If a person follow that then one must get votes for it's hardwork. For example, If a person is not following the rules but still he gets votes it may also leave question to others. Why? so that's why There must be complete and clear instructions as well as support must be fair.

Engagement Challenges

Engagement Challenge have some positive as well a negative aspects, when these engagement started I was very excited for them not me but many of us. but

• Engagement challenges are not in favour because I only get one vote every month, and many others don't even get a single vote from the Curators. Some people vote on every single post.

• Also beacuse of these challenges steemit is becoming more active as a result of this. We can also improve our many talents, such as writing and creativity. As a result, these kind of competitions should be encouraged.

• To promote these challenges There must be strategies like every one gets votes not on all post but atleast two in a whole week if people are participating. It will increase their participation. I see here people are now not taking these challenges seriously as they took it first.

Conclusion

People here are having so much skills. If someone show his skill through the post it must get support. Like in each community there must be one day for the skills and unique talents. And everyone should be appreciated for what actually they are doing.
For Example I see only people who are famous here and they post nothing just like they post a picture of flower and they get so much support and vote and a person who spent 3, to 4 hours while making his post not even get a single vote. This must be removed from the steemit.
