There is not only a single factor that causes infertility in women, it's not a single disease, but a syndrome(multiple diseases combined in one body, and multiple symptoms appear).
Number one thing is sedentary lifestle that has happened in this era, go to any village where the women are active all day long and eat no junk (bakery items, sugary or starchy things), you'll see no such hormonal imbalance.
They say every obese women might not get it but every women with infertility will definitely be obese.
This issue can be overcome with maintaining a balance in your physical, emotional and mental health.
And for mental health, cut out negatively from your real life and social media, no one is more important than your sanity❤

When doctor check the patient first advice is given to her is stay happy don't think more, the more you will be happy chances will be more to get conceive because moods disturb the harmones level.
She really try to be normal and forget the situation going on but the people don't let her.
Yes indeed, asian women make sure that no woman lives in a good mental state, sadly they have also been mentally abused in their life. The one who choose to break this cycle and get healed first, only won't hurt any other woman.
