Hello! guys i Hope everyone fit and fine and living a blessing life with your beautiful family and friends.
The winter start now and people eat those foods that gave energy them to warm there body there are many winter foods and one of them is FISH. My last Diary game also about fishing and cooking, I very much enjoyed that day but I also notes that some people have concerns and issues about eating fish. So today I’ll be explain that how fish food can be impact positively and negatively on our health.
So, let’s start
First of all i will be point out the positive side of fish food, how it can be make positive changes in humans body. And also discuss whom for fish more beneficial.
For the best health Fish is very important and its play very important role in human’s body.
The main advantage of fish is Omega-3.
What is Omega-3?
Omega-3 is a fatty acid and due to this acid we get some benefits these are following;
It keeps away heart diseases
It helps to keep triglyceride levels low
It helps to a little down blood pressure.
Omega-3 is very helpful for developing babies.
5. If a women eat best and right kind of fish and she is pregnant or a women that breastfeeding then she can be transfer nutrient to her baby.
Doctors also recommend to eat some special species of fish at least once a week because it is very balanced for a good diet of body it can creat great help for young people. Are those who wantet to fit body Muscle must include fish in their diet food.
Chemical
PCBs level become high in our body.
it will harmful for our brain.
it will specially our nerves system.
Mercury also can be harmful for foetuses.
Mercury can effect on infants.
Mercury especially harmful small children because their body still growing.
Eat smaller fish.
As the age of fish increase it means it contain more chemical so if you buy or catch fish first see and then decide and choose small size fish of big size species if you have not have as much experience then just ask some one who know about fishes.
Eat only Meet
Its mean that never used guts, skin and fat of a fish because skin contain a lot of chemical and clean fish properly.
Cook the fish on Grill or broil or bake.
If fish coked through grill or broil or other these kind of objects that can help to juices and chemical drain away then its all chemicals easly seprat and fish became eatable.
As we see merits and demerits of fish so it can be say that is more beneficial than harmful becuase we can reslove all bad effects that may occure during eat fish or after eating. it must be useful for humans body you guy's can be eat fish without fear.
