Human Resource Management (HRM)

My topic today is Human Resource Management in which we will talk about how we can manage a human resource. Because if there is any business, whatever work is going on in it, there are fluctuations, so I will show you how to manage it, how we can do more work with less resources. First of all I tell you what business is.

In the example of human resource management, I will show you a business throw that will help you understand how resources are managed, even for human beings. First of all I tell you what business is.

Business

Business is the work that any one person starts and he builds one in his property in which he employs workers, so there are many workers in this team. You have to create a structure and then you have to form a team of one or more workers to work on that structure that will do the work and the third you will be the cash holder. And provide cash to people who are working here.

Business has three parts:

  • Land (Structure)
  • Labor (Workers/Employees)
  • Capital (Cash Holder)

First of all we will talk about what a business holder who is a business honor would think about his business and what he would do.

Management:

The biggest and most important thing is that he has to manage his source. The job will be easy and quick because the servant who is skilled in the job will do the job quickly and in the same way he will have to manage the salary given to these employees and the meaning of management. The only way to manage anything is to run a huge business. He has built his own company, so he has to manage it at all costs so that there is maximum work and maximum profit.

Maximum Work:

Every businessman should strive to have maximum work in his business without any delay and maximum work in a short time. He will force his employees to work as much as possible because if he has less work he will suffer loss so he will urge to work as much as possible.

Maximum Profit:

The more work he does, the more profit he will make. Every businessman will want to make the most profit in his company because if he loses, how will he run his company? Because there are many workers in this company, they have to be paid.

Employers in Less Salary:

Similarly, if it is seen that there are two people who are workers, one of them works for a higher salary and the other works for a lower salary, then the role of a businessman will be to hire a low paid person in his work so that If he has more work and he has to pay less, then he will think that I should get more work from this servant for less salary.

Minimum Time and Maximum Work:

In the same way, the businessman will try to do as much work as possible in less time, just as if he gives the job to an employer that he has to work for eight hours, and then he will try to make the worker who is eight. If he works continuously for hours, he will get more profit and more work.

What we think for employees as a human?

Above I have told you in detail how a businessman manages his business, what are the questions in his mind so that his business can work as much as possible. Now I will tell you that we need this work. So what things should be taken care of what are the things that workers have to take care of so that they can do a lot of work with interest.

Increase Salary:

From this point you will understand that we have to give maximum salary to our worker so that he does not leave this job and go ahead and get interested in this job and do this job wholeheartedly and do as much as you can to make a profit. Every other type of profit is different.

Reduce Work Load:

We should not force our workers to work as much as possible. We should give those jobs according to their status so that they can complete the work easily and quickly.

Work Environment:

No matter the company or the business where the workers are working, the environment should be very good so that they do not get bored because of this environment. If you can't do it properly, then the environment there should be very nice, airy and light so that there are no problems in the work.

Worker Health Safety:

Workers who are working should take care of their health. If any accident occurs during work, they should be provided immediate assistance. This will let the workers know that a lot of work is being done on us and we also get something. It is happening and our health is also being taken care of here.

Respect to Worker:

In the same way we should treat our workers with love and affection, take care of their dignity and respect them because they work day and night for us so that our company or our business can grow as much as possible. So we should take some care of their honor so that they know that our boss is a very gentle and kind person so that they will do your job as much as possible with interest and interest.

Retirement Age:

You should provide a facility to your workers so that they can leave your job at a certain age at a certain period of time because they are not fit for the job. They are old so they should retire and pensions should also be given so that they can live their lives easily.

High tech Environment:

In the same way we should provide them with modern technology so that they can make this work easier. Through machinery they can speed up the work which is done in many days and takes a lot of time so they need high tech machinery.

Transportation:

Workers should have full access to transportation so that they do not have any difficulty in coming and going so that they can reach here on time and do their work.

Promotions:

If you find out that this guy who is a worker is doing a great job, he should be promoted over time so that he can learn the next high level job and do it. If I am getting promotions then I should be more careful in my work and do my job.

Holidays:

There should also be a holiday during work. If a person gets tired of working continuously, then he should not have a heart at work, so there should be one or two holidays every week so that the servant stays on the fresh.

Refreshment after Long Time:

Once or twice a year, a trip should be taken somewhere in which all the workers are present and they should leave their work and go out for a walk so that their mind can be refreshed.

Legal Protection:

According to any law, the worker should get his due. He should know that the law is being obeyed, so legal protection is his first priority.

Here I have told you what a business man thinks and what a common man thinks about workers. A business man has to think about his work and a worker considers all his facilities but he is working under someone because of whom he does not open his mouth and keeps on working because he has to fill the stomachs of his wife and children. By the way, I have told you all the things that come to mind.

Now I will tell you about a person who has done a search on human beings and has done this search in practice. He has told people how workers are hired and how their rights are paid. I'm going to tell you about it below:

Elton Mayo Idea For Human

I want to tell you about Elton Mayo who was born in the eighteenth century and died in the nineteenth century. He did research on man, how man can be managed. He formed two groups.

Group A:

The first group in which he said that all the workers should work continuously for eight hours without any break, so he formed the first group.

Group B:

In the second group he told the workers that you have to work for the first hour and then take a break for ten minutes and then after that you have to work for two hours and then there will be a tea break and then in the same way later. You have to work three hours and eat later, so he managed the other group and put them both to work.

Why we need to this Idea?

Now he told other people that you can see for yourself the experience that the person I have asked to work eight hours a day has been slow from the beginning until now, so he does not stop working slow. Yes, they are constantly working, but in the end they are a little slow, so it means that they have done a lot of work in the beginning, but now they are doing a little less work, so a little difficulty in work.

And the other group is the ones I have given breaks and food and drink during this time, so you can see that these people have done more work because if they stay fresh during work, they will do more. A person who works continuously can never do one thing continuously because he gets tired of that work, so you can see that other people in the group have done more work than him. Should be employed so that they can give maximum refreshments to their workers and make them work easily.

Conclusion:

The bottom line is that you should give your workers as much refreshment as possible and not put too much burden on them because they are not qualified for the job you do more. If you get them to work and give them a good salary, then your business will grow more and more and you will get maximum profit because if your workers are fresh then your work will also be fresh. If your workers who are working will not support you then how will your company or your business grow then we should take care of these things so that human rights are fully paid to them.
