First of all, I got up early in the morning and went to the mosque.

Morning walk

Health is very important for living a happy life. If morning walk is made normal then diseases do not come close. Man stays healthy. If he goes to bed early at night and wakes up early in the morning then strict action is taken to keep him healthy and energetic. The fresh air of the morning refreshes the human mind and removes cheapness. Man stays active and agile all day long. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the morning.
Birds can be seen hovering on the green branches of trees which has a good effect on nature. People who walk in the morning have a long life. People who do not walk in the morning become physically and mentally weak when we walk in the morning. When we go to do it, we read barefoot on the green grass, which has a very good effect on our health. After walking, I went back to my shop, cleaned the shop thoroughly and went home for breakfast.

Breakfast

Friends, I eat bread and eggs for breakfast. Friends, we should have a light breakfast in the morning. Having a light breakfast keeps our health very good.

Lunch

About two o'clock I got hungry. I made my first salad and went to the hotel to get some food. About 10 minutes later I returned to my shop with food. I ate with salad. After eating I drank mango juice.

At end I discuss about Allama Iqbal.

Allama iqbal is a great post of the pakistan 🇵🇰he was bon on 9 November 1877 in sailkot.

If Iqbal is not seen alive today, then consider it as a deception of your own eyes
A great poet like Iqbal and a sincere person who has pain for the nation is not born every day
We need their dreams and advice
The value of and should be followed
May Allah Almighty raise their ranks and make their encouragement and dreams come true for the Muslim youth. Amen.
