In the fall of 2018 Michael Kabrin of MKBarzandBullion.com had a brainstorm to promote and support some of his favorite YouTube Channels after all they are practically the life blood of the poured silver market.
The runs were small and had low mintage of 200 and ran for a limited time and at this moment I am uncertain of how many bars or rounds were sold at this point following the end of this collaboration project in 2019.

Eventually, the project then included not only those from YouTube but also Instagram and Facebook. I was only able to afford a few bars but I was honored to be included among his favorites even as I was just a small channel.

To the Social Media Bars

First up my Sis @silversaver888 ‘s MK bar that seem to have that extra bit of polish to make it stand out shinier from the rest. This one is a bit toned since I always keep it on my desk with along-side my MK Bar. Silver Saver’s [YouTube Channel](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuyZGVI6EBAq2pRsoFqNV1w) on Gold, Silver and Cooking and catchy music earned her a following of 3,570 Subscribers.

What can I say? [Kerris L Ravenhill](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXSc5ht1rAmGvJpW1gFWjEQ?view_as=subscriber) and why I like the Pirate Theme? It’s a long story with a small Subscriber base of 460. Courage (Yuki) 勇気 and Honor (Meiyo) 名誉 is more about fictional story telling of the feared 18th century pirate, the Bloody Raven. And the other is Gothic Styled Stacking and unboxings set to the music of my favorite Gothic bands in my past. What silver to buy next is often down to rocks, paper & scissors against my formidable alter ego.

At 1600 subscribers is [Tomoko’s Enterprise](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC3fVfxuY38zIoAo_bHD-BA/videos) Dean, as my Sis and I know him is a fine silver Pouring Artisan living the British Columbia Interior and practically my neighbor at about 400 km drive north through the beautiful BC Mountains. Great with tiny Pours in details, Tiny tigers are one of his popular pours. He’s slowed down of late due to health issues but still around the Pouring circles of the community.

Sal is a long time veteran of the YouTube Precious metals community with literally thousands of videos to his credit along in a style that’s all his own. [Salivate Metals](https://www.youtube.com/user/SalivateMetal) has Market Commentary, Coin reviews, heavy metal riffs, Cuddly cats, Trolling phone Scammers and leads entertaining live streams in his own shtick. I see him as the person at the center of the YouTube Precious Metals community complete with his own Channel rounds apart from this MK Community version.

A fellow [Canadian Silver Stacker](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNB0FG-ephzdx2y3IvqTEYQ/featured) who has been quiet for the last year dreamed to be the Canadian context hub for Canadian Stackers for market information, sharing, trading and even pouring. Just that there wasn’t enough Canadian Stackers to keep up the shop but one day it may yet happen. Keeping an eye out for ya, eh?

Another veteran if the YouTube Precious metals community with over 6300 Subscribers is [Losing Louie](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCytHuqouM3rbmMkOB2DOdcQ) , with his channel named after his father’s retail business. Louie is silver pouring artist, coin and silver market reviews along with a sprinkle of stacking tips from a personal perspective and a more contemporary style of guitar playing apart from Sal’s. His Pouring trademark is the Japanese Kanji for “Wealth”. 富(tomi)

He was originally named Silver Baggins until he was served a Cease and Desist order for his YouTube handle as it infringed on the Lord of the Rings copyright holders. He started out as a budget minded stacker finding ways to fund his profound Stackitis then found his track and hitched a rising star in the community at 21,000 Subscribers. Now as [Silver Dragon](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCucqfNRyBkieAop_LDUqHEg/videos) , he is equivalent to a variety show beginning with the Basics of Stacking, Questions of the day(Week), live auctions, pouring silver art, interviews of established Stacker personalities, etc. I may just as well say Silver Cheerleader too.

[JP Metals] https://www.instagram.com/jp_metals/ )( is a Canadian Pouring Artist out of Ontario that I keep my eye on especially on a Hex Rose piece I’ve got my eye on, maybe his Ghost round too. He’s been quiet lately and haven’t seen too much lately. I think I will drop him a line. This round marks an Obverse change as MKBarz decided to expand his Community bars program to the Instagram Stackers community.

Lots of Skull designs you won’t see anywhere else, dark themed and creative is [barrelyliving](https://www.instagram.com/barrelyliving/) on Instagram as each work is practically unique being a sand-casting specialist I have a few pieces in mind at the mention of his name but he’s also been very quiet if late. Tried to contact him about a silver parrot but has yet to reply.

These bars have been retired over the last year but there are already a new crop of outstanding Stackers, artisans and their own Bars coming to the fore in the stacking community. Each person, in different styles, stacking wisdom and in sharing the same important messages about Precious Metals - The preservation of real wealth.

Poured Silver is not a pure form of investment metal as they often have a high Premium due to the cost and effort in creating, when sold to dealers it would at best yield spot price. It is what I consider the FUN Premium. Collecting bars of other Channels, Stackers or Artisans via purchase, trade, or by winning a Giveaway, but the best thing about these poured Channel Bars is that you end up building friendships with them.
