Customer complaints

A lot of my customers are first time plant buyers and they end up killing their plants or they end up with problems that they can't find solutions to.

I always try to be patient and help out anyone who gives me a call and usually they appreciate my help

There have been times when I have helped people who aren't my customers but needed help. I do what I can do. Newbies always need help so I do what I can.

Today I got a call from a customer because they thought their plants were dying.

I asked them to share photos and I knew what was the cause of their worries.

The customer was over watering and this was causing the plant to drop leaves. My suggestion was to stop watering daily and only water once or twice a week
