BUSINESS or JOB

Whether it's a business or a job, we get to discuss it at some point. In our lives, we adopt these things according to our talent according our resources. Both paths have their unique advantages and different challenges. But we often decide our personal preferences on skills and life goals. After considering all this I have come to the option that doing business is better in my view. There are a few reasons which I will mention below to get the clearance that we should go for the job or we should go for business.

I Love And Prefer Business

Freedom And Flexibility:

The first and most important aspect is that we will have freedom in our work. We will work as an owner, there will be no need to work under anyone's supervision. When we make our own decisions and know how to do our things, then we have the freedom that there is no pressure from anyone else on us. And because of this pressure, many people face a lot of problems. But here you are allowed to balance work with your personal development with your family. You are allowed to create flexibility in your work to create rigor in your work. You can adapt it with any method.

Potential For Growth Learning:

Running a business is a continuous learning process as we face new challenges every day. And we have to find solutions to these challenges whether it is improving customer satisfaction or managing our finances. Whether it's growing my business or growing my business, the constant need to adapt and grow forces me to develop new skills and acquire knowledge. These are things that we don't get in a normal job.

On the job we may be given more opportunities to learn but within the scope where we are hired. Apart from this, we cannot acquire knowledge of anything. But business is something in which we have a wide range of challenges, and when we tackle these challenges, our knowledge grows more. Here we consider our expertise to be both challenging and rewarding as it provides a wide range of knowledge.

Financial Independence:

Owning any business can give us more financial freedom. While doing a job we get a specific income and through this specific income we are limited to our specific tasks. While the earning potential in the business can be significantly higher especially when your business is running on a successful road. And you are getting a lot of profit from it. An advantage of this is that when you have financial freedom, you can share your profits in any of your other interests.

In this way we can adopt any other interest along with our business and grow our business by investing there too.

Risk And Responsibility:

Any business is not without risks as here we do not have any fixed salary. And the responsibility of our success and failure is also on us. But we have to look at this as a positive aspect to make our responsibility and hard work work smartly here. The risks involved also mean that we may find greater rewards in our work. So we have to take both our failure and success on ourselves.

Job Security VS Business Uncertainty:

An important argument in favor of jobs is also job security. It becomes necessary to pay a stable salary and protect their benefits and take care of everything. While business has its uncertainties it also offers flexibility and adaptability that I find more empowering. In it we are free to save our things to look after our health or to look after our business. Here, profit or loss is yours, you don't have to obey anyone. But in jobs, we have to protect our employee, we have to pay them a stable salary and we have to give them stable benefits.

Conclusion

Finally I will say that I like business very much according to my interest because in it we have freedom of work and every profit and loss is our own. No one has to work under us, there is financial freedom, there is potential for growth. And as such the rewards can be higher depending on the job.

Everyone has their own interest, everyone has their own skills and chooses their work accordingly, but I will choose the business related to my work.
