Fried up some hot sausage

, then threw in the chopped mushroom stems, garlic powder, pepper. Then melted in 1/2 block cream cheese. Took off heat. Let cool for a few minutes. Stuffed the mushrooms. Topped with cheddar and threw in the air fryer for 7 minutes!!! Yummmmm
I froze some of these before i put the cheddar on top. Took them out of the freezer today and threw in the airfryer. Cooked for a few minutes. Sprinkled cheddar on top and cooked until melted!! I think they got better!! 😃
