Food, food, food, is it good or bad?
If I watch all those people stuffing themselves in fast food restaurants I'm close to gagging. I mean seriously, why in such a hurry? Why eat as if it is the last meal you have in your life? And even if this is the case why not enjoy the taste of whatever you ordered before you walk The Green Mile?
After watching La Grande Bouffe I understand you lost your taste and smell just like I lost my appetite though unlike you it's not caused by me because of smoking, drinking, the flu, consuming fastfood, ready-to-go out of plastic only or whatever the excuse is you have.
Salt is what you mainly taste. Salt and chemicals. The rest of what you eat is whatever the "cook" laid his hands of.
Enjoy your meal and try not to be so greedy! Gluttony is one of the Seven sins. It doesn't look great if you die like that.
The best restaurant?
It's over 25 years ago, if not longer, I visited a really good restaurant. There was even a time a colleague and I visited a restaurant on Fridays to try out and write a review. Back then already many restaurants closed down and what they served was bad.
The best restaurant back then was Surinam food and the number two was a Greek. Both couples where one cooked and the other served and though their business was top they left to their home country.
These days (past 10 years) eating in a restaurant is expensive and what is served on a plate of bad quality and it is rarely cooked well.
If you have to pay a high bill and think I cook better myself or the supermarket sells the same for 1/10 of the price the choice is easily made.
Street food you will not see with us an exception is the market. Snacking while walking was never a normal (decent) thing to do (unwritten rule) but habits changed. Today we all can snack day and night. We order online and it's delivered at home. Long live the luxury of the 21st century. Since we always lack time there's no need to cook. It must be the same for the cook of the restaurant and the explaination why it is so bad. It's not prepared with love.
Once this was an internet café but the computers are removed because of the lousy connection. They still have free wifi.
You can hang out here. There's alcohol, smokers stay outside, lottery billets, soda, pizza, bad food and coffee, tea (if you ask). Nothing of what you order ever tastes or looks the same. Burned pizza, spoiled Coca-cola, you name it they have it. Know you can complain so no need to die from food poison just do so in time not after you finished your meal!
If you enter there's a left, a right and a back (toilets, before also computers but now seats only, you see the direction of the back on the photo). You can order or wait till you get served. No need to give a tip.
At the photo you see the left. The only high tables if you don't like to eat with your plate on your lap.
You can call them and order or let your food be delivered (count with the fact it will be cold). Better go yourself and eat it at the spot or on your way home (not ideal but neither is the food. A lot of breaded stuff or mainly breaded and they find it hard to make french fries.
Note: I do not live in a city so the title doesn't make sense.

I find it strange that a place that at first glance looks "very good" is providing poor food service. Maybe they care more about appearance than focusing on improving their products, perhaps that's one reason why those businesses don't last over time.
If you have a closer look it's old or bad quality. The cook is dometimes the owner, other times? Lack of ingredients, frozen food, those who serve are never the same, not interested in whatever it is they serve.
Many reasons, bad management and once sponsored by many, radio station included.
It always was an internet café plus option to have a drink the food came later.
Why do you choose to write about this restaurant buttressing the fact that their services are not worthwhile from your assessment. Well... though I don't frequently visit a restaurant, but whenever I do, I ensure to get the desired value for what I pay for, there are really some good restaurant out there that can render quality service delivery.
