More power, it sounds good but when it comes down to it, I am nowhere near as powerful as all the bigger fish I talk to. I remember when I started here. Back then, people did their stinking best to force their way into the life of a bigger fish. Common reason: an upvote, a big one and not the 0.0001 some fat fish give with the lie of reduced power good to receive nothing or -17_Did you know those little bits don't get paid and it's called dust?_ Dust or not, like it or not a Steemian is a Steemian and together we row this boat.
How to/celebrate this powerup?
If you join this contest the idea is indeed to celebrate with ..... I assume not with money, because powerup means saving and not spending.
I will celebrate that the cat is alive, my son is happy, so is my friend (dog operated and it's not cancer), I don't have to cut grass and the grasshoppers are extremely loud. What else do I have to celebrate? The luxury of being alone this weekend and able to watch a film I like or I listen and watch parodies! Weird Al is famous for it. His texts are super.

Weird Al J... perhaps he's as weird as I am? If you ask me a parody is what most standup comedians are able to give and most children can if it comes to songs. How easily we change the text of of a song that is... if we have a creative mind and use it.
The powering up is done, before I wrote the the contest and proof of it is left behind.. More isn't needed. If you want a boring post, step by step shown I advice you to visit another community. The great thing about this powerup contest is you can already with 1 steem so no need for at least 20. The idea is we all try to learn to safe a bit and celebrate the fact we did.

Hahaha hahaha very good. You and I may be operating on the same maniacal creative level. Just about your brilliance: do you get large upvotes sometimes too and then along comes the 20% downvote or larger just before it pays out?
I never really check the votes or dkwnvotes but know I receive them if I post in @ italy. They keep an eye on it and use @ shield-it to get rid of the downvote.
I recently heard a SC vote can also be removed before the oayout.
