May First | Power Up | Fifth Participation of #SPUD4STEEM | 5% for SL-Charity

Hello everyone!

I hope y'all are doing well. It's time to power up for #spud4steem in May First. My entrance post for the event is Before The May First | SPUD4STEEM WITH WESAK and before the power up I have to show you something. I asked a question at the end of my entrance post as Did you see a lamp in my cover picture? and today I ask it again from you🙊.

This is our Wesak season and it is a colourful season. We make Wesak lanterns, light up oil lamps to celebrate Wesak. I use the lamp shown in my cover photo as a Wesak celebrating thing. Sometimes you may already know what is that and how to prepare that. Anyway I'm going to show you how it make.

Step 1

First take two colour A4 sheets with scissor and glue. It's so good one colour is light one and the other colour is dark colur.

Step 2

Then turn the dark paper into two equal pieces as shown in the picture and cut that as shown in the picture.

Step 3

Then divide the light paper in to two pieces (take 3cm as the width of small part).

Step 4

After that set the two parts together as shown in the picture and make the above pattern.

ta-da !!!

This is the out put of our creation and can use as a lamp. I prepare more lamps like this in Wesak season and place them in everywhere in my garden and light up them. it is a wonderful view to see 😃😃
