A Better Life with Steem | Grow Your Own | Cinnamon From Our Garden
Hello everyone !!
I hope you all are doing great. We use different spices in cooking. Out of them, cinnamon takes a special place among other spices.
There are so many cinnamon trees in our garden which were grown automatically. So , we no need to buy cinnamon from the market. We supply them from our own garden.
So guys , today I'm going to tell you how we prepare cinnamon for cooking in our home. Actually we all use as the spice , the inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Let's see how we do that.
First we cut a cinnamon tree. Before cutting the tree we have to make sure some facts about tree. The cutting tree should without flowers, without fruits and without buds.
After cutting the tree, we remove the branches of the tree and prepare the trunk for our purpose.
Next we remove the outer bark of the cinnamon trunk. There for we use a sharp knife. Be careful to remove only the outer bark of the cinnamon trunk.
After that, we rub the Cinnamon trunk from the handle of the knife tightly. It helps to make the reservation of the inner bark easily from the trunk as shown in the below.
Then we let the cinnamon pieces dry in the sun. After few hours , we can see the cinnamon pieces getting in to curve shape as shown in the below.

These are the knives we used for our work. We used the big knife for removing outer bark. Small knife is preferred for removing the outer bark.
So friends , this is how we supply cinnamon sticks for our home consumption. 🤗
Thank you for reading my article.

We don't have a cinnamon land but we have random cinnamon plants here and there. A person visit and purchase them time to time. Cinnamon is so profitable if grow in large scale.
You have presented it nicely. My clever girl🎉️
